The hotel staff was amazing! We had our little maltese with us and felt at home. The breakfast spread was delicious and the pools were as promised on the pictures. It is a little remote from night life but ubers were quick.

Can’t say enough good things about this hotel and the team who works at this hotel. Our stay here was fantastic. The meals and drinks served at the hotel were of high quality: the buffet has a wide range of offerings to please absolutely everyone, including a section just for kids. All juices / drinks are freshly made. The kids club runs from 10am to 9pm and my kids wanted to spend every minute of their time with the other kids and the fun team of young ladies who organize different activities throughout the day, including meals and snacks time. The Ferradura beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and you can cut thru the property for easy access. Multiple pools throughout the beautiful property. Everybody who works at this hotel is at your service, to provide the highest quality and level of satisfaction. And most importantly they all do it with a smile and genuine concern for the guests having a good time. Thank you Ferradura Resort, we can’t wait to go back!

Segunda vez já que ficamos nesse hotel, sempre muito bom e aconchegante. A localização é muito boa, o táxi para rua das pedras ficando em 25 reais fixos, ida e volta cada. São tantas opções de piscina que conseguimos ficar diversas vezes sozinhos e tranquilos. O serviço do bar muito bom e os funcionários sempre uma simpatia.
O quarto muito espaçoso, só um adendo pra banheira que é muito alta então se você tem algum problema de joelho melhor reconsiderar qual quarto ficar. Porém os funcionários do hotel nos disponibilizaram um banquinho para entrar na banheira o que ajudou muito.
O café da manhã é muito completo, atenção especial ao bolo de chocolate e o suco de laranja que são sensacionais. O cardápio do almoço muito bom também, com diversas opções como hamburguer, brochete, frango a passarinho, isca de peixe entre outros, com opções do menu infantil sendo frango a milanesa/grelhado ou bifinho com fritas.
Para famílias, a recreação das crianças é muito boa e cumpre bem o papel de cuidar das crianças, por essa razão casais sozinhos não precisam se preocupar em serem ''incomodados'' ou ''atrapalhados'' pela bagunça dos menores.
Nota 10 pelo cuidado, atendimento e recepção do hotel. Já ansiosa para voltar. Recomendo a todos.
