Hotel limpio y agradable. Las habitaciones son más que correctas . El baño es amplio pero el WC está muy pegado al lavabo. No tiene TV en las habitaciones

Het personeel was uitzonderlijk. Het eten was eenvoudig maar smakelijk en alles waar we voor betaalden in het hotel was van goede waarde. We waren ook dicht bij een aantal leuke restaurants.

Dit is een geweldig hotel voor de prijs, gelegen in het beste deel van Menorca. Mede daarom kom ik er elk jaar weer op terug. Ondanks mijn geplande verblijf dit jaar kon ik echter niet gaan vanwege landbeperkingen. Ik ben teleurgesteld dat de communicatie niet erg goed was en dat ik uiteindelijk geen restitutie of gebaar kon krijgen. Ik kom volgend jaar echter terug en zal eventuele teleurstellingen van dit jaar voorbij laten gaan. Het is een fantastische plek om te verblijven, dus ga als je de kans krijgt, je zult niet teleurgesteld zijn

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was immaculately clean and the staff friendly. We paid a little more for a superior room pool/ocean view and I think it was worth it - you are at the top of the cliff and can see right across the beautiful bay of Cala Galdana, lovely to sit on your balcony in the evening and look out. The pool area was great, the childrens pool was great for our 4 year old. Both pools were pretty cold, but I was ok with that. Very clean, plenty of sun loungers (although was quiet when we stayed) We were self catering - there was 2 hobs and a decent microwave. You could make a decent pasta dish with the equipment, although we mainly ate bread & charcuterie! A decent supermarket right by front door (closed on Sunday) for essentials. We had lunch from the restaurant one day, it was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would probably consider bed & breakfast if I came again. At the top of a hill, and a bit of a walk to the beach (it looks closer on the pics than it is) but perfectly manageable. Maybe not the most accessible hotel, lots of steps and while there was a lift, there was still steps to get to the pool/restaurant floor - a slight challenge with a push chair. Cala Galdana is a quiet resort, but beautiful - good for families. I enjoyed a walk over the headland to Cala Macarella, the next beach over. It felt a bit more like the wilderness. I would definitely stay here if we came to Menorca again.

Had a brilliant holiday despite not being able to relax or barely sleep in our room. Noise from bar/music/restaurant below was constant and even worse during live entertainment times. Rude English women on reception laughed and basically said it was a small hotel and you will hear it from whichever room you are in. On the plus side.. brilliant location, beautiful setting. Rooms unbelievably clean, maid service amazing. Staff in restaurant really friendly. Breakfast good. Bit of sound proofing and hotel could be amazing.

First time on Menorca. Selected this hotel as not too big and in middle of island so ideal for travelling around. Also first time in aparthotel. Our room looked over the road but we weren’t concerned about that. Huge lounge with table and 4 chairs with large sofa bed. kitchen had double hob, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer plus utensils. Could have done with a small dustpan and brush to pick up crumbs but cleaning staff dealt with this daily. Large bedroom with plenty of space and large shower room/ toilet. The hotel was in good condition for the end of the season and everywhere was cleaned on a daily basis, tiled corridors included. The restaurant was clean and there was a large choice for both breakfast and evening meals with some cooked to order options. Lunch was also available at extra cost. The pool area was tidy and reasonably well used. The greatest benefit to this hotel are its staff. Everyone was unfailingly happy, helpful and polite. We had a minor problem with the room but this was swiftly and professionally dealt with followed by numerous apologies. We could see some guests were regulars and, upon our return home we too have booked to go back next year.

It was a wonderful stay as it was last year. The hotel is just an amazing place to stay and the staff are simply wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more highly. I wish we were back there now. The breakfast and restaurant are top notch, and the staff make you feel very special

I was 10 times with my family and it was always amazing. Very cleaned, very friendly all staff. Food was very good and lots of choice. We also used jacuzzi, playground for kids. They are so happy. Thank you so much.

Wow what can I say, Floramar is a truly special place, staff are amazing so friendly kind and attentive from the moment you arrive. We have 3 days left, loved to stay more, will definitely be back. Rooms are brilliant, very clean and tidied daily with fresh towels and bedding, Pool is awesome, restaurant and bar is lovely with great food, wish we had give all inclusive as the evening buffet is stunning. Supermarket attached to the hotel has everything you need including freshly baked bread and pastries in the morning. Staff throughout are amazing. Thanks Floramar :-)
