I booked a suite, prebooked 3 weeks in advance and paid in full. When we arrived at the room someone had changed my room to a standard room without handicap access. The manager tried to get us moved to a different room but unfortunately were completely booked out so i didn't get the room i paid for. I ended up having to call ******* in order to get a partial refund but it didn't solve the issue of no handicap restroom facilites available for me.. the room was very clean, staff was super friendly, however the bed was extremely soft so we both ended up hurting alot and little sleep, over soft, and the pillows were very very flat.
