Hotel situado en las afueras de Vitoria en una zona residencial. Habitacion-apartamento muy amplio con gran salón y cocina, si bien ésta lleva recargo su uso. Televisión solo en el salón. Limpieza bien, la cafetería a mediodía cerrada que no se entiende. En general buenas instalaciones y zona muy tranquila lo único lejos del centro. Fácil aparcamiento al lado del hotel.

Solo estuvimos una noche porque íbamos a Vitoria de paso, y la verdad es que fue un acierto. La habitación triple enorme , como un apartamento. Súper amplia y con saloncito y habitación doble independiente. Buena limpieza y camas cómodas. Muy satisfechos.

Have stayed here many time and always been happy, however was extremely disappointed this time with rooms, quality of the breakfast and unfriendly staff.

Great experience and service! My girlfriend and I stayed at Sercotel Jardines de Uleta Suites during our trip to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the Ironman race. The hotel is located about 25-30 minute walk from the city center. Lorena at the front desk was absolutely amazing, genuine and had great energy. The rooms were much larger than anticipated and the breakfast buffet was quite enjoyable.

Absolutely incredible hotel!! We booked for the Azkena Rock Festival and were stunned when we arrived at the property. Our suite was massive, with a full size kitchen, gorgeous bathroom and bedroom and lovely views. Excellent hotel facilities and really lovely accommodating staff. Cleaners came and were flexible as to when they came. A 10 minute walk to the festival, close to bus routes.

The suite was beautiful and clean and the staff were fantastic. However not being allowed to use the kitchen in our suite because it’s only for those who rent for a minimum of four nights is extremely disappointing. (We had the suite for 3 nights). Also no coffee machine in our room or at least a free coffee station in the lobby is super disappointing considering the room was pretty expensive.

Beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable bed and staff were outstanding especially Eva at reception and Este at breakfast. We werent advised we couldnt use the kitchen facilities so that was the only negative lack of info

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy buena residencial de Vitoria aunque se puede ir andando en 25 min aprox al centro. Tiene un diseño muy original de colores que llama la atención y unas habitaciones - en realidad son apartamentos- muy amplios. Todo de madera Clarita y moderno y funcional. Tiene unas cocinas grandes y todas las estancias con mucha luz. El desayuno es el que me ha parecido bastante pobretón y con poca variedad. Las personas en recepción muy majas y atentas nos han dado recomendaciones para ir a cenar y desde luego nos ha encantado el sitio recomendado.
