The room is clean and quiet. The best part is that the staff are friendly and helpful with difficult problems.

Fabulous friendly hotel in excellent location! I stayed at the Palm Hotel for a few days and have only positive feedback. The rooms with adjacent bathrooms and some with balcony are very well equipped, modern, clean, efficient. The management is fabulous by owner Moutaz and his diligent, friendly and helpful workers. Everyone gets out of their way to be helpful, courteous like a good friend. Breakfast voucher included in your room price in a nearby restaurant. The team will advise for outings, normal price restaurants for dinners, they can help with beach outings and other travel in Jordan. Outstanding management, excellent professionlalism in every worker. A truly great place to stay in a very central area. Free of charge parking is available in a secure parking opposite the hotel.
