The location is nice, 15 minutes away from the center in car
With a private clean beach
The staff was great
The rooms are cleaned everyday
This is not the first time I go there
It is a really nice place, I highly recommend it

Prima hotel. We hadden een superior kamer en die was ruim en goed uitgerust. Uitstekend personeel, hartelijke ontvangst aan de receptie als bij het verzorgen van de kamer (zie foto’s). Fijn zwembad en een eigen strand op een paar minuten lopen.

Het is een groot complex met 3 hotels. Bij de haven zijn de beste restaurants te vinden. Het strand is goed ingericht met parasols en ligstoelen. Ook de vele zwembaden zijn prachtig. Maar in november is het niet druk dus hadden we 2 rustige dagen.

Zeer vriendelijke staf, ruime kamers met connecting doors. Beetje outdated en scharrig hier en daar, maar overall heel comfortabel en vooral prettig. Fijn zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt.

We kwamen aan met onze kinderen van 9 en 11 jaar en het hotel was heel rustig. Fijn dat we het zwembad voor onszelf hadden. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en de kamers mooi ruim. We hadden 2 kamers met een gezamenlijke voordeur, ideaal met de kinderen. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. We bleven 3 nachten en na 2 nachten was de ramadan afgelopen en werd het hotel overspoeld door Jordanese gasten. In het zwembad liepen bijna alle vrouwen in boerkini en er stond een rij voor het ontbijt. Totaal anders dan daarvoor dus. Personeel bleef vriendelijk en werkte hard om iedereen zsm van eten te voorzien. De sfeer in het zwembad was voor mij -in bikini- wel bijna ongemakkelijk, maar dat is een gevoel, niemand keek of maakte een opmerking. De ligging van het hotel is top, Tala Bay is een omheinde oase in de woestijn.

We stayed one night at this hotel. Our room was a bit old but we enjoyed the view from our balcony very much. The pool area is very clean and the staff around the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The pool was large and clean. After a five minute stroll from the hotel you can reach the marina with a few nice restaurants (they sell molstly European food), a few shops and the beach. The view was spectacular and the food was fresh and of good quality. There is also a small supermarked which is well stocked for daily needs. Our hotel room did not have many sockets to charge your phone.

I had an quiet and comfortable stay at the hotel. It provides private access to the beach. The hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The rooms have a nice balcony overlooking the garden or pool area. The breakfast buffet was good and they provide a Shutter service to the city pickup from hotel 3pm and drop off back at 8pm

Worst hotel I have stayed in. When we arrived , we were told that they were upgrading us to a superior room. 3rd floor, no lifts. Room is sooo outdated paint falling off. TV did not work, let reception know, they ignored it. Wanted to make tea, no creamer or milk, rang reception and they brought coffee and sugar, no milk. Said that creamer and milk would come tomorrow!!. Ridiculous. All staff had a face like they are sucking a lemon. No smiles or helpful. Went to the toilet and would not flush. Called reception who sent somebody who said ‘fixed’. Next trip to loo, not working, so I just lifted the cistern top and yanked it myself , had to do this each time we went to the loo. Went for a shower, no hot water and the pressure was less than the camp at Wadi Musa. Breakfast was appaling where somebody had to cook something. If out of a tin or chopping salad, was ok. Asked for an omelette, the chap put the eggs on the pan and coooked it, then added the onions, tomatoes etc wrapped it and gave me on a plate. I.e none was cooked at all. So nobody has taught them how to cook. The felafel and cauliflower was so oily ,we had to put on serviette and squueze oil out. The potatoes again were so oily bot half cooked. How they can call themselves 4 star I do not know.
