We stayed for two weeks in September 2022. Our ground floor "Villa Sage" was spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with its part shaded patio overlooking the pool and garden area, which has numerous other tables and chairs set out for the shared use of all 4 villa/apartments, even including some exercise equipment. We especially enjoyed the lovely clean pool set in well kept gardens with quality sun loungers with parasols. Elianthos is well positioned just a short walk from the centre of Vamos, with its kafenia, bars and tavernas. Our favourite being Kali Kardya where we are always treated like special guests. Vamos is a 10 minute drive to nearby beaches and a good location to explore western Crete further by car. The family owners and staff at Elianthos could not be more welcoming and helpful at all times. We strongly recommend Elianthos and we are already looking forward to a return visit next year.

Μείναμε σε μία από τις διώροφες βίλες. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ μεγάλα και ψηλοτάβανα. Ήταν επίσης πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένα και με προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες. Υπήρχαν δύο μπάνια τα οποία ήταν εξοπλισμένα με πετσέτες και είδη υγιεινής (Σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρα τοπικού παραγωγού, παντόφλες κλπ). υπήρχαν επίσης πετσέτες για την εξωτερική πισίνα. Δωμάτια και μπάνια ήταν πεντακάθαρα. Το στρώμα του κρεβατιού ήταν εξαιρετικό. Αξίζει να αναφέρουμε το κέρασμα που μας περίμενε: Κρητική ρακή, καβρουμαδάκια, παστέλια και καραμέλες! Τόσο η ιδιοκτήτρια όσο και το προσωπικό της Reception ήταν ευγενέστατοι και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί! Στο πάνω μπαλκόνι με θέα στην πισίνα και στο βουνό υπήρχαν 2 μεγάλες πολυτελείς ξαπλώστρες για ηλιοθεραπεία και ένα τραπεζάκι. Τραπεζάκι υπήρχε και στο κάτω επίπεδο, από όπου μπορούσε κανείς να πάει στην πισίνα. Η πισίνα ήταν πολύ καθαρή με ομπρέλες και ξαπλώστρες για τους φιλοξενούμενους. Υπήρχε επίσης ένα χώρος για barbecue και ένας χώρος με όργανα γυμναστικής. Πραγματικά δεν μπορώ να βρω κάποιο ψεγάδι.
