Enjoy an oceanfront stay in this spacious one bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living and dining area open up to a large private patio where you can sit and enjoy the sights, sounds and breezes from the ocean. Your private patio looks out over the tropical garden that is in our gated property. This apartment has a private entrance and is on the ground floor of a two floor villa. The bedroom has a queen sized bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. There is a gas grill for your use on your patio. We provide bottled water. Our pool is the perfect place to relax and watch the beautiful sunsets that this area offers. The complex is directly on the beach and the ocean is a few steps through our gate . You can enjoy walks on the beach or sit under our private cabana that is a few steps from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. There are also two kayaks and a paddle board for our guests to use.We are situated between two small towns that are each a 10-15 min walk away. They each offer a variety of restaurants and food markets to explore. Enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom oceanfront apartment. It is the perfect place to enjoy your time in Mexico! The apartment is on the second floor of a private villa with incredible views of the ocean from the sitting area, eating area , kitchen and the large private balcony. Both bedrooms have a king bed and their own bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A gas grill is provided on the balcony. Even though water comes from our own private well, but we also provide bottled water for your use. Housekeeping is provided weekly for stays of a week or longer. The ocean is a few steps away through our beach gate. Enjoy sitting on the beach or sitting under our private palapa which is a few feet from the shoreline. We provide sun umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for your use. We also have two kayaks and a paddle board for guests to use. The property’s heated pool is a great place to relax, swim, and to experience the incredible sunsets that this area has to offer.Our villa is situated in a residential area between two small towns that are each a 15-20 min walk away. They offer a variety of restaurants and food markets. Pickle ball and tennis courts are a 7 min walk away. This apartment is one of the largest units in a private gated two villa and guesthouse property that are also for rent.
