Hotel completo, limpo, organizado, bem localizado e com atendimento excelente.
Banheiro bom com ótimo chuveiro e água abundante.
Restaurante completo com boas e variadas opções de cardápio, e café da manhã completo.
Tem estacionamento próprio.

Não é o melhor de Aparecida. Péssima experiência. Ao chegar, apesar de educado o atendente me falou o horário de saída ao invés de bem-vindo e o horário do café. Na saída às 11h30 deixei a porta aberta e logo veio a camareira querendo arrumar para o próximo hóspede. Lugar caro pro serviço oferecido. Não volto nunca mais.

Excelente hotel, funcionários super educados, hotel limpo e aconchegante, já indiquei para mais pessoas que costuma ir para Aparecida, com certeza voltarei, o Bar que é terceirizado dentro do Hotel tbm foi muito bom. Aprovado

No geral foi ótimo. Cama boa, quarto bom, garagem boa, atendimento bom, café da manhã excelente, mas o banheiro, à pesar de estar limpo (sem sujeira ou cabelos no chão) senti que o chão do box e os registros de água estavam “engordurados” de gordura do corpo. Talvez se adicionarem na limpeza o uso de cloro fique ótimo.

Fui péssimamente recebido!!!
O segurança noturno me destratou e os serviços não funcionavam. Sequer uma água tinha à disposição dos hóspedes.
Uma experiência horrível, que me fez sair do hotel no dia seguinte.
Não recomendo!
