Hotel Beau Site - Cap d'Antibes

Neat place, room with a living room, balcony and spacious bathroom. Surrounded by million dollar villas, close to a restaurant (walking distance), grocery store around the corner and a small bay but great waters beach.. Didn’t try the breakfast, but wasn’t much when I looked at (light french breakfast). Coffee was not strong espresso, machine made. Nice crowd, mostly old couples, classy…

Very accommodating and Sofia was very helpful! We stayed for 1 night perfect to see Antibes!

Beautiful room, beautiful surroundings. Staff very attractive. When taken to my room, I think I should have been shown the air conditioning system and how to use it. At midnight, a guest was shouting into his phone from his balcony for at least fifteen minutes. Hotel did not take action when he was breaking the rules.

nice hotel ... very nice people/staff ... very good breakfast for a french hotel ... good parking space ... very nice neighborhood ... (unfortunately no refrigerator in the room, I would prefer better coffee) ... but all in all we were very satisfied ..

Visited this Hotel in beautiful Cap d`Antibes and found it a lovely Clean and Comfortable Hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. The rooms where equipped to a good standard although no fridge or Kettle but the bed was very comfortable. WiFi was weak but available. The Pool and sunbeds where gorgeous. Disappointed with the breakfast considering this is classed as a 4 star hotel and once its gone its gone!! The hotel is well positioned with all the beaches and Cape within short walking distance. The Hotel does not offer Meals other than breakfast and Dining in the area can be very expensive but Reception recommended a restaurant called Le Jardin Du Cap which was very nice and reasonably priced.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival after a 12 hour flight from California, getting in at 9:30pm (to the hotel as I shared with them a week prior) I leaned that the hotel had given away my room to someone else. I have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but this time the manager seemed to selfishly determine that even though I made my reservation months in advance (and at a good rate) that it was a big weekend—-Cannes Film Festival—-and the hotel could make more than double. The manager, Natalie, was not at the hotel when I arrived, but the front desk attendant, Agate, was amazing in calling almost 20 hotels in the area to help us find a room. Yes, 20 hotels bc they were all booked up for Cannes and F1. We were planning to sleep in their hotel lobby at one point bc there were no rooms to be found. Credit to Agate for all she did to find us a room at another hotel. The manager needs to give their hosts time to arrive and alert our any details and definitely not selfishly attempt to take more money and make cancellations without the guests knowledge and DEFINITELY NOT CANEL ON YOUR GUESTS THE DAY OF WHEN GUESTS ARE ON AN AIRPLANE TRAVELING TO YOUR HOTEL!!!

Charming hotel tucked in a residential neighborhood, but a short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Excellent breakfast!

Our rooms were nice and comfy. We loved the pool, the water was perfect and we stayed in it for hours. The staff was very helpful. We got 2 golf cart to take us to MAMO restaurant. We would never have found it otherwise .

When you book a hotel you expect a 'hotel'. This place is not a hotel. There is no food/restaurant on offer, apart from a very poor 'buffet breakfast' whereby the only hot food offered is a boiled egg which you have to cook yourself, which is very poor. The other items on offer all look and taste like they are just wheeled out everyday - the same food including rotten tomatoes. The 'bar' is basically a poor mini bar with no drinks selection whereby you have to get the receptionist to get you a drink if you are lucky enough to find the actual drink you want - no premium brands of gin, campari or wine - even the 1664 beers dried up and were never replaced. There are no waiters - the only staff is the receptionist and the cleaners, so figure out how that works in a 'hotel'! The room we had was comfortable and the pool was good - that's the only positive I can offer. Overall, a massive disappoin**ent.
