This was our first hotel in Madagascar and we arrived very late (after midnight) from arriving internationally. Staff were friendly and willing to go above to help. Shuttle to hotel was 80,000MGA. Room was well equipped with AC and fan, hair dryer, TV, large shower. Good free wifi. Quiet night and comfortable sleep. Free breakfast included was delicious. All this and we only paid $64 CAD/night!

The room overall was ok and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom was full of mould in the grouting and so off putting I didn't shower. My 2nd night I changed rooms to see if it was any better but it wasn't. The sheets did not fit the mattress so they were permanently rucked up and uncomfortable. the 1st night the restaurant had no Indian food so the options were very limited. No one could give me any information as to the ingredients of the foods. The 2nd night with the full menu was lovely

Location is good. Clean and meets room standards in its class. My negative experience is that they have double charged even though I prepaid online before coming. It was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Although I shared my receipts, altough I showed the booking papers, Although hotels com tried to communicate and furthermore although my friend from Madagascar tried to explain face to face in their language they didnt understand. Dont rely on they are reading the emails, they dont! We have agreed that they would arrange airport shuttle. No one showed up, I had to take a taxi. We have agreed on having breakfast only 15 minutes before than usual, but I couldnt get breakfast although they confirmed one day before. Some Minor negatives: I couldnt have hot water (maybe priming takes time)..
So communication is a big problem. Hotel is good and value for money, but DO NOT make plans based on their promises.

Séjour d’une nuit avant notre départ.
Personnel très accueillant, souriant et sympathique.
Grande chambre très agréable et confortable avec bouilloire et frigo…
Excellent emplacement pour visiter le centre.
Petit déjeuner en chambre, copieux et varié.

Séjour agréable avec les personnes, mais techniquement à améliorer : pas de wifi dans la chambre, climatisation par moment, plus de serviettes après le passage du ménage…

Vraiment très bien pour le prix. Bon WIFI, Télé, coffre, frigo, chambre spacieuses avec une literie extra. Très bonne cuisine au resto. Personnel agréable. Situé au centre ville près de la mairie, le quartier n'est pas sûr, comme le reste de la ville. Même en pleine journée on peut se faire voler ou agresser. Il y a des policiers, mais dans des endroits où ils ne risquent rien, ou souvent pour faire la circulation

Bon hôtel fonctionnel, plutôt orienté clientèle d’affaires que familiale. Les chambres sont confortables, modernes, pas trop petites et bien équipées. Restaurant au dernier étage pour apprécier la vue sur les collines de Tana. Le seul bémol, c’est le quartier, très vivant, commerçant et bondé en journée mais franchement glauque voire flippant à la nuit tombée.

Ajout de taxes supplémentaires alors que normalement tout est compris dans la réservation 2 tarifs différents pour le même type de chambre : tarif à la tête du client chambre insalubre infectée de blattes repas au resto au 5eme étage plein de sables petit déjeuner (compris dans le tarif) de faible qualité et dépassé
