check in前台給開了間有人的房，一開門真的超級尷尬，瘋狂sorry，再去找前台重開，前台沒人，等了一會兒，連一句道歉都沒有。後來聯繫攜程酒店管家，去找代理，代理聯繫酒店，酒店不承認給我們開錯房間🤬🤬🤬
為什麼我們不自己聯繫，因為酒店的聯繫電話是前台接的，前台那時候衹有那個男的，沒法投訴反映，退房的時候是女前台，就非常nice，英語也比男的好。説實話，土耳其玩了幾天，第一次看見女前台，之前都是男的（也都很好沒出過問題）
其次，這家酒店隔音超級差。

給我分的房間不知為何很寬敞，是一室一廳户型，房間乾淨。早餐是典型的土耳其酒店風格，不太適合中國胃。酒店步行到老城區和海邊都是15-20分鐘，也提供代客泊車。這家酒店建議預訂之後不定期查看價格，有概率臨期降價。

這個酒店有點坑，床非常小，被子就是一條毛巾，兩個床之間是一根柱子……窗外是大馬路，晚上非常吵，性價比比較低

1.trip app照片上的床看起來很寬，但實際上衹有90裏釐米寬，有一個超大的柱子在兩個床之間
2.停車位很窄，而且很遠
3.房間非常小，沒有描述上所説的20平方米大
4.前台客服態度不好，一直説房間沒問題，照片上是什麼樣實際就是什麼樣，但都是照騙
5.洗澡間地勢積水
綜上不建議選這個房間

價格實惠 不過安塔利亞基本都是這個價格
早餐一般 在附近的酒店裡不算最好的 但也差不多

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Old Town Point Hotel Spa in Antalya, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary upgrade, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. The upgraded room was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, providing a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
Throughout our two-night stay, we were able to strike a perfect balance between relaxation at the hotel and exploration of the enchanting city of Antalya. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in the magical atmosphere of a local festival, adding an extra layer of joy to our trip.
What truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility and generosity. When we decided to extend our stay by an extra night, they graciously allowed us to do so in the same upgraded room, without any additional charges. This gesture not only showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction but also made our experience even more memorable.
Old Town Point Hotel Spa is not just a place to stay; it's a destination that understands and caters to the needs of its guests, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya and seeking a delightful blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service.

Great value for the price. About 1/2 to 1/3 of the cost during the off season, hotel wasn’t crowded. Room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was great.
