Ik had lang geleden drie kamers geboekt, maar toen ik aankwam, kreeg ik te horen dat de kamer vol was.Na een uur wachten moest ik overstappen naar het tegenoverliggende Accra-hotel. Vervolgens werd de deluxe tweepersoonskamer met zeezicht die we hadden geboekt vervangen door een kamer met twee eenpersoonsbedden met uitzicht op de stad, en het oorspronkelijke ontbijt werd geen ontbijt. Het kan zijn omdat het is vervangen en de service-instelling is ook buitengewoon slecht.
Ik wil zo'n service weten, en er is geen compensatie, zelfs het prijsverschil wordt niet terugbetaald.Dit soort hotel heeft mijn indruk van Turkije verlaagd.

Had a really great time - hotel itself didn’t have much but being able take advantage of the facilities in the main hotel across the street was nice. Unfortunately the beach part was closed off due to construction and of course you’ll always get selfish people reserving pool chairs first thing in the morning so it was difficult to find a good spot unless you went right after breakfast

An amazing hotel with such lovely staff. The food was delicious, facilities clean, and a lot of things to do.
They really went the extra mile for me and my friend, they even decorated to room for her birthday, will definitely be returning!!
