Receptie personeel was niet klantvriendelijk.
2 lossen bedden naast elkaar gekregen in plaats van een queensize bed.
Kamer anders dan op de foto's.
Warm water in de badkamer valt weg.

Nice location view and price , but small size hotel , room services skiped one day , uncomfortable room smell
Nice breakfast, fast ans nice reception and staff especially blond miss at evening times

It's a wonderful hotel. The breakfast is good. And the area outside the breakfast hall is truly breathtaking or shall I say Insta worthy 😍

The hotel receptionist woman very terrible and not kind talking also not give card for Bach after have come and request and not good Gide for hotel information

Must ask for sea view room 1708 is amazing🤩🤩
The view is in one word amazing waking up to the sunrise and watching the clouds and mountains meet and have breakfast by seaside and walk down the steps to the beach its simply amazing.
Breakfast for 2 of the 3 days we stayed was served which was not as good as the self serve buffet.
Location is close to the bus station where u can get to the old city. My advise get a ride to the nearest tram station thats more reliable or pick route with several bus alternatives since they dont arrive on time as shown on google.

Very good stuff here !friendly people in reception !some people in reception speak Russian it’s very good !In elevator you can down in the sea !and here amazing view !

This hotel by no means is a 5 star hotel, no way! I've been to many 5 star hotels in different countries and now what to expect. This hotel with this level of service is a 3 star hotel max. The unfriendliest reception I've ever encountered, no sense of customer service. They de-activate your room's key card every time you leave the hotel, and I had to find this out when returning to my room at the end of the day exhausted and realizing the card wouldn't work. So I'd have to go back down to reception and they would activate it, when I asked them for an explanation all they could say was that "this can happen sometimes"... Yeah sometimes maybe, but not EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for the whole 4 nights I stayed there.. and they offered no apologies at all! The staff at the reception have the worst attitude with no sense of customer service with very limited English skills.
The breakfast was very average, again not 5 ⭐
