Anji Longwangxi Golf Resort Villa

We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration. After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss. All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

別墅環境還是不錯的 但是下午5點入住進去完全沒有收拾 三個房間全是亂七八糟 已經五點了了還是亂七八糟 真的不能理解！！發了消息以後等了大概半個小時來人收拾 本來就困 等到6點多才收拾出來 才能進房間休息！！體驗感非常差！！

這是一間度假別墅，在龍王溪高爾夫球場裏面整體的户外環境非常的舒服，不過除了高爾夫球場外沒有什麼活動設施，還好我是專程來打高爾夫的。別墅的性價比還行，不過設備有些都故障了，需要多加維護，早餐一般，服務人員還行。

在清晨的第一縷陽光照射在安吉的那一刻起，我踏上了前往酒店的路，在路上就收到了酒店的入住須知，覺得很貼心，然後開車過來發現環境真的十分優美，特別是下午下了雨，有一種空山新雨後的絕妙意境，半夜坐在陽台上煮着我們自己帶的茶和朋友一起品茗聊天，讓我想起了蘇軾半夜去安慰張懷民，意境拉滿

入住體驗非常好，環境優美安靜，還能體驗高爾夫，小朋友玩的非常開心，自駕到周邊景點也不遠，非常方便。下次來還會預訂！

房間打掃很乾凈，地理位置很好，晚上睡覺很安靜，周邊環境也很好。這次與朋友一起出遊住了一晚，裏面設施很齊全，有棋牌室還能K歌，就是洗澡水流有點忽大忽小。

到的下午，因為人有點多，服務枱兩個男孩子就已經來不及對付了，辦入住弄了很長時間，去別墅房間因為工作人員來不及也沒有人帶了。住進房間後發現床單都有頭髮絲，衹好讓他們送兩床被單自己換。空調樓上幾乎沒什麼熱度的，樓下還好，晚上本來是一人一個房間睡的，因為太冷了，衹好兩個人拼在一個床上睡，等於還有個房間就是空着。也因為空調不給力，所以一樓的那個麻將棋牌也沒有打，因為實在是太冷了。1000多點的價格住，真是太無語了，這個地方天冷是不能去住的。早上吃飯，想讓他們來接一下，一直等我吃好了，他們才回我。

來打球的，住宿環境很不錯，住的很舒服，球場也很大，很適合週末來放鬆

房間臟亂差，衞生間有股臭味散不出去。提供的水連生產日期都沒有。陽台門關不上告訴工作人員説修也不來修，工作人員態度也不好非常敷衍。早餐品種很簡陋，有這錢建議大家去別的酒店會有更好的服務。伴手禮和其他優惠券要是不找前台要他們不主動給，手機充電器落在卧室床頭沒拔，跟我説管家和阿姨説沒有，讓我自己再找找，我退房第二天下午就找你們要充電器了，跟我説沒有，真是離譜。房子外圍沒有安全保障，不建議有寶寶的來這裏。
