Overall it was a good experience with where it was the first time i booked a hotel with mmt. Hotel tofu overall experience was nice, especially the rooms were awesome. I had to cancel my last day booking due to emergency, would like to thank mr nilesh kapase (am-hotel tof, who understood the urgency and helped me in cancellation and follow-up with mmt. Also thanks to mm t to process quick refund

1. Booked for 3 adults but there were only a double bed available and mattress were given which was not upto the mark and had to use on the floor. 2. Reasturants were closed at 10 pm and we arrived at 9:45 pm and had to order food in hurry afterwards we wanted to order additional food but the same was not available. 3. Only 2 medimix soap was given no shower gel no shampoo and no conditioner
4. Hotel was booked for 3 people and only one towel was available, we had to call to get another couple of towels
5. Ac remote was not working and ac was preset to a temp which was not changeable. 6. Toilet tissue holder was there without any tissue papers
7. B'fast was not tasty

Property is in excellent condition with well maintained rooms, clean linens. But the jet spray in bathroom was missing, also the breakfast can be buffet. If these two things are taken care of then it will be a very good 3 star property

Room - neat and clean room. Staff- good. Amenities - not that much. Food- only veg. But tastes good and value of money.

Both the stay at aurangabad & pandrapur are terrible not up to mark about her quality of service & cleanliness, room service
