Het enige hotel op onze vakantie waar het toilet niet in de badkamer was, maar wel apart, een groot pluspunt. Alle medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk. Het avondeten was lekker. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Parking bovengronds.

zeer vriendelijk welkom. Comfortabele kamer. Eén minpuntje echter: onmogelijk om de airconditioning aan te passen. Het zou goed zijn om een korte M.E.
Perfect ontbijt
Wat betreft de avondcatering is het oké, maar het zou goed zijn als de Chef zijn frituurolie ververst want zijn frietjes waren onverteerbaar.

Very good staff friendly and good welcoming A special attention made for my son Lobby and bar very nice decoration The room is enough space and with amenities which smell good The hotel is closed to the airport and in a calm aera With members card we had a good discount

Location out from Main Centre not easy to walk into town taxi required On a coach tour so reason for staying Breakfast great food The shower is step up over bath so bit dated room . Didn’t visited swimming pool There was noise outside from party overnight not too loud but could hear it

Wonderful hotel… the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the facilities are great. We stayed for a week as wanted to explore the area and this hotel was a reasonable price compared to one’s closer to Biarritz. It’s close to the airport, but you really wouldn’t know as it’s not a busy flight path. The rooms were fine, no balconies , but other than that perfectly good for what they offered. The pool area was lovely. No charges for towels to take there, the pool was the perfect temperature and plenty of sunbeds. We are late risers and breakfast runs from 6-11 which is brilliant, although there obviously isn’t as much choice on hot food the later you go down. The bar is open til late and the staff can’t do enough. They will bring drinks out to your sunbeds too!! The location is great. There’s regular buses just down the road that are free over the summer and got straight into Biarritz or Bayonne. They run very late into the night too. I couldn’t believe how safe they we felt. Everyone uses them and we were coming back at midnight some nights . Honestly that was such a pleasant surprise. Biarritz itself is just such a wonderful part of the world and stole my heart for sure, and this hotel hit all the right notes to make our stay just perfect. Thank you to all the team!!

We stayed here for one night before heading on a flight out of Biarritz. Well there wasn't anything particularly wrong from our stay I'm only reviewing it because the rooms were fairly worn down and I don't think reflective of the 4 stars on *******.

This is one of our very favourite Accor hotels- we have stayed there at least once a year for over 15 years and love it. It is well situated, has lots of free parking, the staff are super- very helpful, friendly and efficient. It has a stunning swimming pool and pool area and the food in the restaurant is excellent. A bonus- you can catch a bus outside the hotel to go to either Biarritz or Bayonne- they run every 15 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes for the princely sum of 2.20 euros each return.

We were 4 during Eastern vacations. Locations is excellent with a parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast excellent as always with Novotel. Great swimming pool which was heated at 26 degrees as well as very nice fitness room. It s really worth the money ! Not mentioning the great staff !
