출장을 자주 가는 편이라 가끔 이용하는 호텔중 한 곳인데, 이번에는 실망했음.
1. 체크인 하려고 줄 서고 있는데 줄을 하나도 안 서고 세치기하는 분위기라 뭐라고 했더니 한 여성 뒤로 가고, 선생인지 뭔지 자기 때문에 학생들에 줄 엉망이되어 뒤가 꼬였는데도 우리는 새치기 안 하는 사람이니 걱정마라고 되레 큰소릴 치는 무개념 남자에게 손님이 뭐라고 해야 겠습니까? 카운터에 계신 분들이 뒷 분들 계시니 줄 좀 서 주세요. 하면 끝날 것을 손님들끼리 분쟁이 나도록 가만 있는 건 뭔지.
2. 방에 들어갔더니 욕조에 전 사람이 쓰던 목욕 거품타올이 떡하니 수도에 묶여져 있음.
청소를 제대로 안 했나 봄. ㅠ 욕조에 머리카락도 ㅠ

위치가 안동시와 조금 변두리에 있다
말이 호텔이지 시설은 모텔수준
방음도 되질않고 딱히 좋지않고 잠만자면 된다면
안동시네에 신설된 모텔을 추천해드리고 싶음

가족 모두 대만족한 숙소입니다. 커다란 호텔 로비 5성급 못지않았고 객실도 깔끔했어요.
위치도 좋습니다. 근처에 유교랜드도 바로 있고 월영교도 가까워요.

급하게 1박을 더 해야했는데 주말을 앞둔 불금이라 잡기가 정말 힘들었지만 다행히도 리첼에 객실이 있어서 투숙했네요.
시설과 서비스 괜찮습니다. 조식도 주니 좋구요.
다음 번에는 좀 할인 받아서 가고 싶네요.
