Our stay was extremely pleasant, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very modern and clean, with a spectacular balcony that overlooked the square. If you like to enjoy the city and its benefits, it is the best place without a doubt

This is a charming hotel in a perfect location. Staff are very friendly and attentive. They smoothly organised trips for us, which were excellent. The beds are huge and comfortable. The showers, excellent. Fabulous wrap around terrace on which to enjoy inexpensive local cocktails. Would love to return.

Beautiful place in a magical little town. Well located, elegant, intimate with the best service and attentive and professional staff. It's a shame our stay was so short but we'll return. One of the greatest surprises of Cuba was this little hotel in Viñales, Pinar del Rio. It's a magic place where I felt like home. Clean, comfortable, intimate with a great staff, you can feel how everyone there work with love to make us feel pleased. Breakfast delicious if we have in mind the general situation. The hotel has a privileged location in Viñales, right in the center where you can reach all places easily. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the best on the entire trip to Cuba The rooms are very clean and spacious, the only problem is the noise from the street, but nothing that affects the rest of the positive things We will return without a doubt

The rooms were amazing, the city aswell! The included breakfast was also very good. Located in the middle of viñales it is close to everything. The service staff was nice and helpful, and also came with suggestions of thing to see and do in the region, aswell as help with booking transport.
