we vragen om de eerste kamer te veranderen, daarna bieden ze ons de toegankelijke kamer aan, maar de t****e dag is het overstroming als ik onder de douche sta. Verplaats ons dan naar de derde kamer

地理位置優越，離火車站近，就在市中心，去那都方便。早餐不錯。不足之處是沒施太老舊了，馬桶堵，好在處理及時，房間有噪音，不是最安靜。性價比不高，有損Hilton招牌。

The rooms show didn't work. The agent at the front desk had a very difficult time understanding "no water in the shower". On the way to our room, in hall way, garbage was left on the floor. Wrappers, trash. It was not to any Hilton hotel standard we've ever seen.

Location is great. Feels safe to walk around. Waking distance to many restaurants and bars.
Staff is very nice and friendly. Room is clean. Aubrielle is one of the best.

Slight issue with the radiator making some noise and even though it was a bit late when I checked in maintenance was very prompt to take care of it.

I have stayed at the Anchorage Hilton before, and I will say that my experience this trip was better than my previous experiences. Similar to what other reviewers have said, the hotel is definitely older and not as updated as other Hiltons. The rooms we had were fine, but they were not modern or luxurious. One room had water that took a long time to get warm (not hot) and one room the fan/heater ran constantly but the room temperature did not change.
I think the hotel was overall better due to it not being peak tourist season but it does still have room for improvement.

Was there for my daughter's dance competition. It was close to the building. The room was comfortable and clean.

Love the beds, so comfortable. The ice machine wasn't working and had to go 6 floors up to find one that worked.
