就迪士尼正門對面馬路離迪士尼非常近，周圍大環境感覺安全，夜間很安靜，房間乾淨，空調不吵。

Everything was pretty good for the price. Convenient location. Just wish there were some towel bars or hooks in the bathroom.

Great communication and very friendly staff. We did not sleep well since there are no curtains. The shutters let a lot of light in from the outside light and we all slept quite poorly. It affected our trip to Disneyland greatly.
My children loved the bunk beds. The room is very spacious. Walking distance from Disneyland, super close. We were able to park our car there for a few while at Disneyland.
My son left his favorite toys in the bunk bed and when I called the hotel they went to find it for us. They mailed it back to us promptly. I paid for shipping label. Truly excellent customer service.

My room recently had carpets done so the floor was clean but my mothers room next door, my sons feet were filthy after 10 seconds walking on it. Our door was broken at the bottom and bent but still closed. The place was clean and comfortable however for the most part. Staff will send a text double checking if you left a do not disturb up. Making sure you meant to and didn’t want cleaning from them if chosen. Overall friendly, and affordable, especially for being across the street from Disneyland:

Great location and walkable to Disney Parks. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors as well. The A/C didn’t work though and when we called to get assistance the front desk wasn’t sure how to fix and the maintenance person was not there until later when we would out. Parking is a little tight.

Checked out and left behind 1 item and the employee who cleaned my room took it for themselves instead of turning it in. Very rude on the phone. Will never stay here again.

The property was ok, certainly didn't get "really clean" vibe in the rooms (still hair in the corner of the bathrooms), but the bedding and towels were clean.The rooms toward the back of the property seem to have some thin walls since we could hear the Disney marathon music and emcee loud and clear daily at 5:30 all weekend. Parking was limited and a little difficult. The staff was very nice and answered all questions and were very accommodating!
