環境設施一流，酒店很新。但信用卡亂扣費。既然訂單包含4位早餐，為什麼早餐再次被收費？早餐亞裔女領位服務態度很差，告知衹能吃冷餐，不能動熱食……其實根本也沒有什麼熱食，比起國內三星級早餐都不如，真不知道漂亮國打工仔牛哄哄的底氣來自何方。

退房那天我向前台要對帳單，前台一位女工作人員説沒有打印機，但會將對帳單發我郵件，我問我四個訂單的保證金什麼時候能退到我卡里？這位女工作人員説5個工作日內會退到我卡里，但至今我己退房五天了，酒店沒有發我對帳單，而且我被酒店扣掉的保證金也都沒有退我。我聯繫了幾次攜程，己經有三天了，攜程天天處理人員像走馬觀花一樣換人但都沒有結決。

房間大，交通方便，基本設施齊全。走過去迪士尼也就是十幾分鍾。國外酒店服務都不會特別好，主要是工作人員太少。

其實房間衞生，服務，設施都挺好，就是定房時還專門定了三個人的早餐，結果早餐還收了86美元。心裏不舒服。

酒店大堂沙發非常多，大堂wifi免費非常適合商務，房間乾淨床襑非常 舒服，門口服務員服務很熱情，早晨有自助但品種不多
