阿姆斯特丹華爾道夫。位置沒得説，就在紳士運河邊，一幢老錢歐洲的房子。離幾大博物館1.2-1.5公里，走路20分鐘以內（三層運河和每走幾步就有可愛小橋以及岸邊巧克力一樣的小房子讓路程更加短了）。服務一流，早餐非常好，煙燻三文魚啊火腿啊都是自己做的，口味很好，但是客房餐就一言難盡了😭；客房衞生也是絕對標準，淺白色衞生間的地面上、浴缸、淋浴間、枱麪、任何地方都找不到一絲不潔，打掃衞生的服務員依然是那麼神出鬼沒（和香港東京的高級酒店們一樣）；洗浴是整全套大瓶裝伊索，直接擺那；基本就是除了貴沒毛病～下次來阿姆斯特丹還會再考慮住。

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. Small hotels, stairs are really amazing, but it is estimated that small hotels in the center of Amsterdam are like this, it is really not recommended for leg inconvenience. Parking is not very convenient. Because I don’t know how to pay more than 60 euros for 24 hours, I have a big loss. It is said that it is free on the road at night, and it is not easy to park during the day. Nothing to say about the location in the city center, very convenient, the bed is really narrow

Love the location, a short walk from the tram station right by the canal, quiet yet close (walking distance) to everywhere. Didn’t have much interactions with the staffs and on the occasion that I did, the staff helped with my issue though, wasn’t friendly or smiling. I booked a garden room and requested one that was quiet and they delivered. Clean room and refilled the complimentary minibar everyday.

Het hotel is prachtig, direct aan het Amherst Canal gelegen op een rustige maar toch gunstige locatie. Het ligt dicht bij musea en Dam Square. De suites zijn niet erg groot. Op de welkomstkaart stond het verkeerde geslacht vermeld – Dhr. – maar dit was gemakkelijk op te lossen. Ook stond er in de boeking één kaart als King vermeld, maar bij het inchecken bleken er twee Queen-kaarten te zijn. Het hotel voelt aan als een kunstgalerie, met overal prachtige details. De kamersleutels zijn voorzien van schattige stripfiguren en zijn zeer gedetailleerd. Het zwembad is ook prachtig, hoewel het zwembad zelf wat klein is. Ontbijt is inbegrepen, maar ook hierover was de informatie in de boeking onjuist. Ik raad aan om dit bij de receptie na te vragen.

Me and my aunt stayed one night there, and had a lovely time staying here. The location of the hotel was excellent , super central but also not too loud in the rooms. Easy to walk to get Tram or Subway. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. I was stay at 5th floor with no lift is a bit difficult for me as I have big luggage but the staff very friendly and willing to help you for that and always somebody friendly at the front desk. Would recommend this hotel if you have not much stuff because location and the staffs.

Nadia has an excellent location and my room though small turned out to be very quiet. The breakfast room overlooks the street in one direction and a canal in another. It has a couple of small balconies. The breakfast was fresh croissants, bread rolls, various jams, butter and cheese, yogurt, coffee and tea, juice. In other words a standard continental breakfast- but plentiful and of good quality. The good thing about Nadia was the friendly, welcoming attitude of the staff which makes a big difference in one's enjoyment -especially in this era of over-tourism in cities like Amsterdam. Negatives? Well, of course the staircase is pretty steep but clients are forewarned of that by a photo appearing in the hotel listing. So no surprise about that. All in all, a nice place to return to after a day wandering around the city.

Centrale ligging, precies in het midden van het plein. In een buurt vol clubs, met een tramhalte onder het huis en een kleine supermarkt op 50 meter afstand. Zeer vriendelijk en deskundig personeel, meertalig. 24 uur per dag beschikbaar om allerlei informatie te geven. Kamer was erg vervallen vergeleken met hoe het er oorspronkelijk uitzag op de website. Badkamer onlangs gerenoveerd, schoon en onberispelijk, toiletpapier en badkamerproducten aanwezig, föhn aanwezig en van goede kwaliteit. De kamer liet echter veel te wensen over. Op het eerste gezicht had ik een goede indruk, het zag er netjes en mooi uit met de gekleurde loper op het bed... maar na een paar seconden, als een netheidsfreak, zag ik niet dat de kamer stoffig was. Er was niet afgestoft zoals ik had gehoopt: meubels, kroonluchter, lampen, stoffige plinten in de kamer, hoofdeinde van het bed, stof op de vloer, overal haar en vacht. Ik vond ook sporen van pluisjes aan de randen van de kamer en onder het bed. Het was niet mogelijk om een ​​van de twee stoelen in de kamer te gebruiken. Oorspronkelijk was hij beige, vandaag erg vies en stoffig, donkerbruin van kleur met vlekken op de zitting die wezen op slechte hygiëne. De kussenslopen zaten helemaal vol met haar en haren en de matrashoes had vrij grote gele en bruine vlekken, zelfs onder de lakens zaten krullende haren. Ik heb twee nachten op een lange handdoek buiten de lakens geslapen, juist om contact met de dekens en het kussen te vermijden. Terecht, als ik niet het hele bed had blootgelegd, had ik het niet gemerkt. Ik raad deze accommodatie alleen aan als je niet veel eisen stelt aan netheid en hygiëne, anders overschrijd je de verwachtingen ruimschoots!

Wonderful place for a quick stay, the room is small, but it has all necessary things. Location is just perfect, at one of the most beautiful canals of Amsterdam

Ze gaven ons niet de kamer die we gereserveerd hadden. We boekten een kamer die in theorie een “groot bed” had, en waar we verbleven was alles behalve groot. Het was een heel kleine kamer. Ik zou het hotel eigenlijk alleen maar aanraden vanwege de locatie, die onverslaanbaar is, en de prijs, die in vergelijking met anderen eromheen prima is. Dus als je op zoek bent naar iets centraals en gewoon wilt slapen, dan is dat prima.
