Great stay and nice location in Amsterdam, only small minus point was that the room was a bit cold to my taste but otherwise nothing to complaint about

Super Hotel...perfecte kamer, service en ontbijt (door Corona op de kamer ontvangen).
In de zomer kun je zelfs zwemmen voor het hotel, er is een ‘houten strand’.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. Definitely I’m coming back soon and probably will bring more people. :)))) As always I said, if you treat your costumers with high standards ur costumer will put you in a high standard rate.

My partner and I stayed here for our first ever trip to Amsterdam to celebrate her birthday. We loved this hotel! Luca from the front desk was so welcoming and very friendly with lots of suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel is quiet, safe, clean, and we will definitely be back!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Reception was SO friendly and receptive. The amenities at this place are pretty cool: one of the bigger and better hotel gyms I've ever seen. They had a spa and sauna that we used (just have to book a time at the front desk).
Our reservation came with breakfast... which was made by a chef in an open-style kitchen right in the lobby area, and it was delicious.
We had a waterfront view from our room, which by the way our room was MASSIVE compared to any other hotel I've ever stayed in Europe. Very much more an apartment feel than a hotel feel, which was a plus for us. Beautiful mid century modern feel.
Perhaps the one thing to note is that IT IS a bit of a trek into city center.... About 10-15min walk to a bus or tram stop and then a ride into the city. We actually walked all the way in one day. But the advantage of being a bit away from town is that it's very quiet and easy to sleep.
Also... the day we were there, the hotel was throwing a party in the lobby for their re-branding party, so free drinks and photobooth for us. :)

They don’t do cleaning every day. I asked them to do room cleaning every day and all they did was take out the trash. Second time I asked them they cleaned it but not fully. Third time I asked to clean they forgot again and then when they did clean it was horrible. Room was also super hot. Window was faced towards a residential neighborhood so the whole city can see you in the room. Terrible stay wouldn’t recommend.

Quiet, well away from tacky Amsterdam. Lovely service and a great room. Surrounding area was interesting too.
