De locatie van het hotel is erg goed. Het is erg handig om een ​​auto te huren voor op reis. De faciliteiten zijn echter een beetje oud en de kamergrootte is klein.

Er waren mieren, het bed was ok, de badkamer was klein, behalve de prijs, al het andere was niet ideaal.

This hotel is a complete scam! The room we were given was filthy: cigarette smoke smell, dirty sheets with hair and ash stains, stained mattress cover... After reporting the issue to the front desk, they offered us another room, equally dirty as the first. With it being impossible to stay in such conditions, we requested a free cancellation of our reservation. That's when the management revealed their dishonesty and cynicism. They refused our request and pretended to make a free cancellation on Booking, which was a lie.Run away from this hotel! You'll find much better for the same price elsewhere.

This hotel is NOT near the centre it’s around an hours walk but is close to the tram stops. It’s nearer to the museum quarter and is in a residential area. We had 2 rooms one on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor those on the 2nd said the stairs are very steep. The rooms get very warm in the night. The beds are ok but the pillows are awful and more suited to a sofa than a bed. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Coffee was very nice. Staff all seemed friendly enough. The tourist tax is pretty high here now compared to other places

What can I say, filthy run down place! Had to shell out for another hotel, no way were we going to sleep here… dirty floors, chips and dents everywhere, dangerously steep stairs, I could go on and on…

I thought the host and the staff were really friendly, great value for the money and the rooms were very nice. Definitely would stay again.

The property was awful, there was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector, mould in the bathroom and the bathroom stunk. I have never witnessed anything so bad in my life. I refused to stay in the property and i have been refused a refund. Totally unacceptable

Shockingly bad. Where do I begin? Well first, on *******, the hotel says there is parking on site. NO. There is only street parking and if you want to park in a car park, it’s is a five minute drive away. Sadly, the is opening realisation, was not the worst part of the visit. The gentleman at the front desk was obstinate and not very helpful. But eventually explained the parking. So let’s move on to the rooms. We booked three rooms and all were bad, some slightly less so than the others. This is just one. Walls were in very poor condition. Cracks, badly filled. Patches were covered with sellotape (scotch tape) Wardrobe had extra blanket literally shoved in to the top shelf. If it was warm enough for the fan, using it would have blown more dirt and dust into the room rather than cool it. The curtains were coming away from the rail and did not close completely- not great anyway but really bad for a room on the road. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag. Not sure why but really not safe. The bathroom? Oh my. The smell was foul - literally. It was tiny, I am not a large or tall person but I would have struggled to have a shower. I could touch all sides of the bathroom without bending my arms. I have nothing against small spaces done well. This was not. And don’t be fooled by the nice pictures of the toiletries on the website, they simply do not exist. It was both bad and did not feel safe, and I could not bear to think ahead to what the shower was actually like… It was so bad that after getting a bite to eat in the pizza place down the road (great by the way) we looked for another hotel and moved and ironically the Park Inn West was actually cheaper than the Apple Inn. We had spent a total of 10 minutes max in this hotel, it was an expensive luggage storage facility for about an hour considering we had booked for three nights. The rooms we stayed in bear little resemblance to the room pictures on *******, ***********, or their own website. And a lot of postures are from 7+ years ago. I can only conclude that the good reviews are either untrue, guests were visually impaired, or they got the one room that happens to be half decent. The only recommendation I can make is DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. there are plenty of other good clean safe budget options.
