Food and service of staff is excellent . Hotel located in centre of city from where you can visit famous places and markets of Amritsar. I believe it’s a good location and you may enjoy your trip . My compliments to hotel team for their excellent service

Hotel stay is very good. Breakfast is awesome, service is very fast and awesome. We came here for national skating event. Hotel is nearby the rink and road so easy for us to commute between hotel and rink. Ra***deep Kaur is awesome and polite👍

Very good food and comfortable stay. Good stay for family .we booked 3 rooms ,two deluxe and one superior . Rooms are cozy . Ra***deep kaur has shown good hospitality. Served delicious food . Hotel is near golden temple and airport .overall excellant stay.

We stayed in the hotel after arriving in Punjab from US for a aunt/uncle's wedding anniversary celebration. Our host had booked several rooms for all the guests. I had called the hotel a week in advance to book hotel for extra day and to make sure we have adjoining rooms that have common door since our kids were traveling with us. I spoke with Amit. Surprisingly at arrival we learned he never made the booking. We had to wait in the lobby for the room to be cleaned with 4 young kids who just flew for about 24 hrs. Young lady the check us in asked for our identification which I handed her my passport. She asked for my visa, mind you she didn't explain why was she asking for my visa nor was there anything displayed explaining this. I told her I wasn't going to give her my visa. She can clearly see there is an entry stamp on my passport from same day since we just landed. We eventually get single room. Then hour plus later we are told adjoining room is no longer available. However same adjoining room became available once the host who booked several rooms called them. I call that receptionist to being rude and less than helpful. Rest of the staff was wonderful. One of ***agers I believe her name is Ra***dep was awsome. Food was good. Ra***deep made sure we spoke with another ***ager before we left and made him aware of the incident, and he was easy to talk to. One thing that bothered me was that all the staff initially spoke with me in Hindi. You are in Punjab, speak Punjabi and if someone doesn't understand you can make accommodations for them. Punjabi language is welcoming and friendly. Hindi is only forced in Punjab but not in rest of India.
