Typical grubby hotel with sticky door handles, furniture and tv remotes which makes you want to leave as soon as possible. Way too expensive for the money. Avoid if you can.

Ac not working. They provide ducting vents but they are also not working too hot in there cant open windows. Feels like suffogation bwlecause of that.

The guy at reception was very rude and judgmental

This is the first time i have such a bad experience on mmt. The was so bad i don't how it is listed. We just did a checkin saw the room they were pretty bad and left the hotel. We contacted mm t customer service and they were not helpful l at all. We asked them to refund the amount so that we can book another hotel from mm t but they keep on saying no we can't help at all. After 15 min of checking we left the hotel and booked another through hotel for rs 8000 by visiting the hotel room. Here were the reason why we didn't stayed in hotel. 1) when we entered the room there was a smoking smell all around the room. We asked them and they just sprayed in the room. 2) washroom lock was broken. 3) wire were coming out of the switch board that was very dangerous. 4) ac was working very very slow. Even they said it take 3 hours to cool. 5) there was no power backup. There was no light supply for around 10 min out of 15min and we all were sweating badly. 6) mattress were smelling very bad and too too hard to slep. It was too hard to live in than and we have leave the room. Though we asked the mt service for refund so that we can book another hotel but they refused. They rs 1000 voucher on hotel booking. Usually you guys rs 700 coupon on booking so wasn't helpful l at all. I request you guys to please make sure that hotel are rated according to there room service and remove such hotel from mm t so that you don't have bad feedback. I am still waiting for refund so that i can use that on another hotel booking from mmt. It was a very very bad experience.

Worst staff, no cook before 9 am, no professionalism, worst amenities & room not maintained well. Don't ever book
