The Earth Amritsar, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. The hotel building itself is beautiful and historic, but the rooms feel very empty. The service is far from 5 star either, the staff are nice personally but they clearly don’t have training. There is a club at the hotel which completely does not match the “earthy, relaxing” vibe. I didn’t know about it and in my first night there was an event until 3 am, so I couldn’t sleep with super loud music. The rooms do not isolate sound at all so you can hear all the honks and music. I changed rooms the second night, the blinds were broken, AC had many issues and I ended up having another terrible sleep. The hotel is very expensive for Amritsar prices, NOT WORTH IT at all. They have a lot to work on before being able to charge such high prices, and if I knew better I would have chosen something else. Overall I would just say the vibes are not right, they should not be fully functional yet or charging these prices because they need to fix A LOT of things including staff training.

visited The Earth Amritsar on 12 May 2024 for Sunday Brunch for my Son's Birthday with 30 kids and have to say the service under Mr. Vikas the food the Ambiance was all praise worthy..... the kids had a blast and we look forward to coming back to this hidden gem 💎 very soon.

Excellent heritage hotel. Refined rooms and service. Very professional staff. Highly recommend. Wide menu with local and international opinions. Great ambience and fascinating design themes. Main visitor attractions are all in walking distance.

This is a Heritage property converted into a Hotel. In the midst of Amritsar, so close to Golden Temple, it is difficult to find such nice properties. There are limited rooms as of now, which means that you get personalised attention from all the staff members. The rooms are big with a very spacious balcony. The Hospitality is one of the best you can get in this part of the country. Special mention for Mr Partha Choudhury, who ensured that we got our favourite delicacies despite our short stay. He also helped us in getting our lost bag from Amritsar airport and have it couriered to Mumbai with utmost care. Thumbs up to such great service!!

Visited restaurant Lutyens in the earth Amritsar. Food food was delicious and ambience was so serene and calm, perfect for an evening outing. The girl named Anu was so proficient in her job and made our experience even joyous. Do visit this place.
