住在高層，晚上風大的時候，外面玻璃和建築外面狂響根本睡不着。服務感覺很刻意冷漠，沒有達到五星級酒店應有的水平。剛從死海凱賓斯基回來，感覺兩者服務差距太大了。

The room is amazing, with a good view. The hotel is a few steps away from the boulevard. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Except for one employee that was very rude, with zero professionalism, at the reception, when I complained about the my problem, she was rude to me, I asked her is this how you trained to deal with guests, she said yes! This is how I talk to guests, anyhow, for sure I’d like to thank Deyaa for being really good, and amazing, he made sure that I’m satisfied and happy. However, taking into consideration it's a tower with no windows or balcony, I was surprised that the room is full of dust. I noticed that on my fourth day. The room was cleaned two times, but yet the dust is everywhere—on the headboard of the bed, the lamps, literally everywhere. I called three times about this matter.

Nice views good food and helpful staff especially batool and khaled and moatasem in the breakfast restaurant. Good hotel location and amazing views bathroom is not private which is not good for families . Room Heating and bathriom plumbing Rooms are bad .
