酒店房間很大，挨着同品牌的五星級酒店，早餐在五星積極酒店進餐，主要是旅行團入住，早餐好，房間乾淨，維護的很好，不臨街很安靜，推薦

Fijn hotel voor een verblijf in Amman. Het hotel zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om na een dag in de stad lekker uit te rusten. Veel faciliteiten worden gedeeld met het naastgelegen Regency hotel. Het ontbijt is divers en uitgebreid. De gym op de bovenste vloer geeft een geweldig uitzicht over de stad. De kamers zouden echter wel iets beter schoongemaakt mogen worden voor gasten die langer blijven, maar verder weinig op aan te merken. Mocht ik ooit terug gaan naar Jordanië verblijf ik hier weer.

Een mooi maar gedateerd hotel. Mooie kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Het hotel heeft een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Het zwembad valt een beetje tegen, het is een beetje vies, ook het het zwemwater erg warm. De sportschool is prima en heeft een mooi uitzicht

I know this hotel may need an update, but to us, it was just perfect. The rooms are huge. We had 324 at the back, so we were away from the traffic noise at the front, but the bin wagon woke us of a night. The breakfast choice is huge with every taste catered for. The staff throughout the hotel are so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is joined to The Regency so you can use all their facilities. The rooftop pool was just amazing, plus it had a 360° view around the city. Trader Vic's is also on site, which is a must try. Drinks can be expensive, but that is normal throughout Amman. There is also an indoor pool and gym that looked well equipped. All in all, we loved the hotel, and although a lot of the attractions are a good walk, up to an hour away, which we did. we found the area perfect for us. There is a hotel based taxi service as well, which we did use as well as other companies.

Very spacious room, access to facilities from the 5* hotels included (as they’re connected), and extremely helpful and kind staff. Speak to Tayseer, he is very knowledgeable and kind :). He helped making my trip amazing.

Stayed at Grand palace hotel for two nights...the bed was very comfortable ..the breakfast was amazing ..the reception was polite and helpful...the view from the gym is great..... The WiFi also good. I will stay again . I liked the service and the cleaness.
