The website is the worst. Even though booked long before we were denied room at the hotel saying there were no booking

major chunks of plaster missing on the walls in the room, remote tv didnot work, A.C. very noisy, never will go back again, locked out use of key after one day, rented for 3 days, told i have only 2, talk to checking thru outside plastic hole, 15 cars in lot at 9 P.M., 1 at 6A.M. good hint.

Not attentive, have to ring bell for service! Not fluent in English! Room not properly vented! Air comes from next unit. Hot water was extremely hot in tub, no cold water! Had to fill ice bucket with cold water from tap. Picked Hotel with Jacuzzi for Anniversary was disappointed not available. Went to sign out, attendant did not fluently understand English. Needed a final payment receipt, got original printed instead with no sign out date & time! Disappointed almost missed the entrance, had to make a U-turn.

The room was filthy no shampoo no soap the service was terrible because the service nobody answers

Not worth the price.quick place to lay your head if your arriving late.

Don’t do it the pictures of this place that is online is no where close to what the room looks like nasty and dirty

These reviews make no sense me. I needed to get away from everyday stresses, so I went on line, booked a king jacuzzi room and a few hours later, I checked into my room. The only trouble I encountered was the rate didn't match what I booked online, it was more expensive when I checked in, but it wasn't a problem at all because the guy at the desk made it all work out for the price I had already paid. I was a little nervous on what to expect because the last time I escaped to a jacuzzi room ( which was a 5 star hotel! ) no cleaner on duty there,, had to clean the jacuzzi out myself! it was so horrible I checked out that same night. But when I opened the door here, I was impressed, the room was clean, way more than I expected for a motel in the Buffalo area, the jacuzzi was clean!! And it has an overall good atmosphere in the room. When I turned the jacuzzi on there must have been something left over in the drain so I went to the office and told the guy and he got the custodian over immediately. He came and cleaned it up and George (his name) went above and beyond to clean it and make sure we had everything we needed before he left the room. I had the best sleep here I've had in over a year...it was so peaceful and relaxing that I asked the office guy if I could book another night in the same room. So I did effortlessly and what made it more awesome is that he gave it to me at the same rate I paid the previous day and that made me smile big! So despite these other reviews, I would recommend this motel again and again. And I will be making all my future escapes here.

I just like the peace and quiet when in my room, not hearing what others are doing.

Never even stayed In the motel and yet they still charged me. Motel staff was very rude. People changing behind the dumpster.
