Good services with good food.

We had an excellent stay ITC. Staff, Food and everything was awesome. We ***** with our friends enjoyed alot. So peaceful and lovely place with a great view of Mountains across all the corner of the properties. Will recommend everyone to visit his property once.

Everything was excellent about the hotel. The food preparation and presentation were marvelous. Executive Chef Sohan Singh is doing an excellent job and is a great asset to ITC group. The hotel staff was always available at our service. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel as the property gives you excellent view ofbthe mountains. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will visit again. Regards Himanshu Vashisht

Lovely stay ! The views from the rooms are serene to say the least with a constant wind gracing the balconies . The infinity pool was strategically placed in the property to lend a sense of calm by just taking a dip while enjoying the beautiful scenic cliff ranges . Made our stay worth the while

Very comfortable stay. Property is luxurious, have specious and beautiful room. The food is very good and the staff is very polite. We gonna miss tambola by Virendra. Overall amazing stay. Property is located at scenic view. Specifically when rain , it's quite lush green and amazing view

Hotel stay was wonderful. Kids enjoyed it a lot. They did a lot of activities. Special thanks to Virendra ,Himanshu and Neeraj for helping kids with their activities. Food was good and hospitality was great. Views are breathtaking. Lots of activities to keep everyone engaged. Will visit again

Hello First let me layout the basic premise of our vacation We were two couples with toddlers (3&4yr olds) It was a trip we had been planning and we shortlisted ITc instead of Taj going by your location and other feedbacks online The stay had significant shortcomings but more troublesome was the attitude of the staff handling them. I will list the major shortcomings first: 1- Room: a. Air conditioning was inadequate to say the least. b. We experienced 22 power cuts in span of 40 hrs stay c. Issues basic l:water supply in washroom- intermittent and erratic d. Satellite television not working for first 36 hrs f. Exceptionally poor wifi speeds Note: complaints to this effect were raised on phone but except for television, none was addressed to satisfaction. Plus there very sketchy mobile network so WiFi Is your main communication mode. There may be things which staff may not have understood control But from a property of this stature it is expected that they atleast respond and attend to things professionally. 2. Reception : check in and check out a. Slow and tedious process b. No one briefed at checkin about promotional meal package offers at time of checkin — we were disinterestedly told “u could have tried it - but you didn’t enquire” c. Multiple occasion no one attends calls - no response on concierge service d. Checkout even more tedious- took half hour to prepare formalities when it was informed a day in advance what time we will move out. Mr Jxxxx at reception it seems was quite relived to get rid of us- he lacked any empathy or receptiveness to even seek a proper feedback of stay. 3. Food and Dining a Food quality is probably the only saving grace in the whole experience- it was up to the mark. b. Service at Restaurant was very slow- staff was enthusiastic but I think you are either grossly mismanaged or under staffed. Simple coffee or roti orders took half hour (even when the kitchen was live) C. Room dining is probably the peak of unprofessional service. Your team forgot a kids meal order altogether- both young ones cried their heart out waiting for lunch - and after an hour Mr Sxxxx at room dining responds he forgot to process the order!!… other order were very slow and response from room dining was almost absent—4 to five calls to place an order. Over all it was a very disappointing stay because I don’t think the Hotel is in a position to call itself a luxurious retreat when so many basic shortfalls have been left unaddressed.

Stay was excellent property is well maintained all staff is very kind and caring. Activity staff neeraj and himanshu was very helpful I will recommend you should stay one time amazing view sight from the hotel we are enjoying our family nd staff is very humble
