Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Friendly stuff. Good choice of breakfast. We had early check out so they prepared some food coz we couldn’t have a breakfast there. The only disadvantage is location but the taxi there is kinda cheep.

Very cosy room, Netflix and smart tv, very scenic view of the mountain, short hike nearby, very nice breakfast. Very scenic sunrise and sunset. Cute dog. Comfy and amazing stay! IG WORTHY! Even have sauna in the room! Starry night! Con: dinner only available at restaurants below, need to take cable car. Cable car timing is quite limited. Must check in earlier. I missed the cable car time so I need to wait for the last session! May get high altitude sickness, please prep some Panadol or altitude sickness pill! Abit far to get there. 1 car ride & 3 cable cars up! Would recommend to reach early because can do short hikes and even paragliding! (Although i didn’t try because i reached at 6pm)

The hotel is new and clean. Although it is located in a residential area, getting to the city centre is actually quite quick. That said, Yandex Go or your own car is probably the most convenient way to get around. I also really appreciated the front office service. I arrived very late, at around 2:30am, and the staff waited up for me. They also offered to assist with my luggage both on arrival and again when I departed, which was a very nice touch. The room itself was comfortable, and I also appreciated having a handheld bidet spray next to the toilet. The bathroom layout was a little awkward — when opening the bathroom door, it would catch the bath mat and push it across the floor every time. I was surprised that there was no chair at all in the room, which is rather inconvenient even just for putting on shoes, sitting briefly, or using the desk. I stayed for two nights, but unfortunately no housekeeping was provided during my stay. I understand that unexpected staffing issues can happen, but I would have appreciated some proactive communication. At minimum, a quick note explaining the situation, fresh towels and bottled water could have been delivered to the room without having to ask, even if full housekeeping was not possible. Only when I contacted reception was the situation explained. Breakfast on my departure morning was also rather disappointing, possibly because there was a large group (relative to he size of the hotel) staying at the hotel. Food was slow to be replenished and there were no seats available. As I was in a hurry, I ended up taking just a muffin. There also seemed to be no hot water in the room that morning, although this had not been an issue previously, so it may have been related to unusually high demand at that time. Overall, the hotel has good potential: it is new, clean, reasonably convenient for reaching the city centre, and the front office staff were helpful and welcoming.

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

Zowel de ligging als de hygiëne zijn goed. Wat ik ook erg leuk vond, is dat de Chinese eigenaar erg vriendelijk was. Ik wil hier de volgende keer weer verblijven!!

De kamer was ruim en bij aankomst begeleidde een ober ons naar onze kamer. Het ontbijt was bij de kamerprijs inbegrepen en bood een ruime keuze in een prettige omgeving. Hoewel de prijs wat aan de hoge kant was, was de locatie van het hotel uitstekend. Een 24-uurs supermarkt lag op slechts enkele tientallen meters afstand aan de hoofdweg. Het metrostation, het Panfilov Park, de voetgangersstraat Arbat en de Groene Bazaar lagen allemaal op minder dan twee kilometer loopafstand. Buslijn 12 naar Ala-Too Park stopte ook vlakbij.

Located away from the city and surrounded by a peaceful park and lake, this hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains and greenery. The balcony is spacious, providing a stunning panoramic view right from the room. While the room itself feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star experience, the serene setting and connection with nature make the stay truly enjoyable. The lakeside restaurant also serves excellent food and completes the experience perfectly.

First room was smell bad of smoke even though my booking was non smoking room . They gave me other room was good after i complained. I think hotels used to give worst room who booked through trip.com . It happened in my previous trip in Bali.

The hostel is clean and well equipped, but I recommend that they separate long term guests from one night guests. Almost every night, there was someone with a late bus or flight who packed noisily, slammed lockers, or made a lot of noise with plastic bags, disturbing everyone’s sleep. I also suggest offering four bed dorms even at a slightly higher price because they would provide more comfort and better rest. Because of these issues, I couldn’t sleep well for three out of my seven nights here. The first night was especially unpleasant: at 4 a.m. someone pulled open the curtain of my bed and started arguing with me, claiming I was in their spot. That was really disturbing and made my stay uncomfortable. Aside from that, the beds and facilities were good. The staff were friendly; only one of them, a woman named Yasmin, spoke English, but she was very kind, helpful, and made things easier for me. The others were Russian and didn’t speak English, but they still tried their best to help. If you’re Chinese, you’ll find that about 90% of the guests are also Chinese, so you’ll have plenty of people to chat with. The location is very nice, right in front of a lake, which looks beautiful at night. There’s a 24 hour supermarket across the street and a restaurant next door with tasty food. The bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen were acceptable, and there’s a bus stop nearby.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but still takes around 15 mins by taxi. Close to a shopping mall and bus stop. There are hostel rooms and the issue with the hostel is there's only one key for the dorm's door. And the shower booth has no lock, it's only a glass door, so each time someone showers they most likely would lock the main door and so no one can use the toilets at the same time. There's a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast is included and it's generous enough for this price. If you want to experience a more local area then I'd recommend it. Otherwise might as well stay in the city centre since the taxi ride would cost more or less the same time and money to and from the airport.
