Staff were to strict saying people had to wear shoes at all times not a friendly place to be in, my kids were not comfortable being around some staff members in that hotel, I’m an aboriginal and we expect to be treated fairly

Pretty decent overall. The first room was on the ground floor and with a horribly depressing view of the multistory carpark just a couple of metres away, so I requested to move and was assigned a much better room on the first floor, which I appreciate. The staff were good. Check out the cafe Page 27 for breakfast/coffee/lunch around the corner, it’s fantastic.

Great stay. Great location. Great to have Bella restaurant (best pizza). Very friendly help. Perhaps old facilities in regards to wifi and TV. But a great simple place to stay.

After changing from a room on the second floor due to noise i was kindly moved to another on the 4th. This room was so quiet and lovely. I will return knowing which room to request.The staff were most helpful
and friendly.
The area is brilliant with rear access to a lovely Italian restaurant and the shops.
Reasonably priced. I enjoyed my stay.

Room was big but lights didn’t all work. Shower wonderful but no microwave. Furnishings dated ….. expected more for the price. $260 got us a very flash room at Novotel at Brisbane airport ….. would have been happy to pay $150. Lift buttons were a bit confusing

Quick check in, room comfortable,bathroom needs updating. Gardens being renovated. Will look great when all renovations are complete. Would definitely stay again

Close to town centre, property appears to be in middle or refurbishment all garden removed and closed off. Hopefully the courtyard will look more appealing when it is finished.
