I had a really good stay. They were very flexible allowing me to chwck out later to have a shower after skiing. Be aware that breakfast is not international. But coffee is really good.

第一次來將軍山，這家酒店距離滑雪場非常近，換好衣服就可走路過去，滑雪累了甚至可以回酒店睡個午覺再繼續玩。房間設施很新，裏面的標準也很高，暖氣熱水很足，看陽台就是將軍山的滑雪道，很美。前台帥哥美女態度挺好，帥哥主動幫我拿行李，美女幫我訂車。這次出行非常順利。

滿意。沒有提前一天聯繫接機，上了飛機後想起來嗯，聯繫酒店，溝通一些後，酒店還是安排了接機。
接機到剛到酒店後，當天那裡下水出了問題，前台裏很多我們一個飛機上的客人。給每個客人儘量調換房間。我和孩子與同一個飛機一起來的青年小夥聊滑雪的事情。水管事故原因，酒店房源緊張，一位工作人員詢問了我們是否願意與這個這個客人同住一個拼房的套房（山頂民宿套房那裡，去年住過）。小夥還有另外一個女性朋友也定了房。於是，我們三家拼房，同住了。相處很好，孩子滑雪幾天下來，他們都玩得很開心。
後來續住N多天，前台説可以與趙經理溝通，給了我電話。相互溝通了解後，也給到我們優惠。
因為入住多天 看到前台對其他客人的要求也都很及時迴應。酒店每天打掃，保潔是當地人，問一下當地的事情，都很熱情。房間的水和咖啡包等，但凡有需要，説一聲，他們就會留下很多。😂
住的很放心，踏實，且舒適。

新開的不久的酒店
裝修質量不錯，位置離雪場B區走路五分鐘很方便
非常乾淨安靜
早餐豐富好吃食材新鮮
酒店前台熱情服務態度很好
即使最後一晚停水了也讓你生氣不起來着急也沒用
對了還有接送機服務以及去市區的送車服務記得提前和前台預約

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，玩累了一天回來能好好休息。房間的觀景窗視野超讚，早上醒來就能看到雪場美景，心情瞬間愉悦。
酒店的服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住的熱情接待，到客房服務的及時響應，都讓人感覺特別貼心。

酒店位置靠近將軍山滑雪場，步行10分鐘。非常方便。離機場半個小時車程，有免費的接送機服務。早晨一早到了機場才知道，回程飛機延誤4個小時，酒店又派車把我們接回酒店。下午又免費送機，服務真的沒話説👍👍👍。強烈推薦！！！

這家酒店的服務真是無可挑剔。從前台接待到客房服務，每一位員工都面帶微笑，態度親切，讓人感受到家一般的温暖。特別值得一提的是，客房服務員不僅細心整理房間，還會主動詢問是否需要額外的幫助，推薦周邊美食，讓人倍感貼心。酒店的整體氛圍也非常舒適，無論是環境佈置還是服務質量，都讓人流連忘返。強烈推薦給追求高品質服務體驗的旅客。

第一次來新疆本來對住宿沒抱什麼希望。訂的三卧公寓，酒店大堂安排🚗接送過去。地理位置優越，步行一分鐘就到雪具大廳了。房間乾淨整潔，衞生設施也相當完善。酒店服務人員熱情洋溢，還同意延遲退房，真的相當滿意！入住體驗完美😍下次來將軍山還是會選擇這裏！

阿勒泰作為我們的中轉站，因為在禾木住了大幾千卻挺一般的酒店，所以入住這之前根本就不報什麼希望，隨便訂了就來了，但是一進門 我真的忍不住馬上拿起手機就想好評！太乾淨了！！！配套設施也非常ok 水特別大特別暖，為什麼要説水暖，因為我在禾木洗了兩天冷水澡嗚嗚嗚[流淚]
前台的小姐姐小哥哥們也非常熱情！
我真的不是託，你們快來住！！！
