Great hotel! Staff is superb 🤗 and breakfast and dinner were very good! Nice pool and a lovely well maintained garden. Double room is simple and a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Loved our stay

The hotel is very pleasant. It’s in a quiet part of the island with access to a small beach that had a gentle sandy slope into very clean warm water. The food is very good, it’s not fancy restaurant stuff but good wholesome food with lots of choice. We upgraded our room as we had read comments about the standard rooms, and our room was good apart from the noise outside from the air conditioning units, but with the shutters closed it was acceptable. Mostly the shutters stay closed anyway because of the heat, so this didn’t really matter.

Prinsotel Mal Pas is a lovely hotel with a nice and competent staff. We like our holidays there. We have been there several times, and we’ll be back next year because we like the hotel and it’s surroundings. ps: The dinner buffet is back again, and it’s definitely an improvement.

I stayed here in early August with my girlfriend and it was the best time we could have asked for. The pool area is really peaceful, and there are always sunbeds. Furthermore, the hotel is a short 5 minute walk from a fantastic beach. The food was much better than we could have ever anticipated, with so much variety for breakfast and dinner, changing every day (I highly recommend half board). Thank you Prinsotel for a lovely holiday!!

This hotel was amazing. The location is perfect. About 3 minutes drive or 20 minute walk from Alcudia city Center. The room was clean, had all the amenities that we needed. Breakfast was delicious. They also had the option for dinner (we did not try the dinner but I’m sure it is delicious). The hotel had an amazing pool, tennis court and you could even rent bikes to bike around. I would return to this resort again. Loved it!

HOTEL SÚPER RECOMENDABLE, SITIO IDEAL, AL LADO DE PLAYAS PARADISÍACAS, A 4KM DE ALCUDIA, HACE FALTA COCHE.BUENO COMIDA, PERSONAL SÚPER AMABLE, LIMPIO Y DECORACIÓN CUIDADA. HABITACIÓN SENCILLA PERO MUY LIMPIA. JARDINES CON PRECIOSA DECORACIÓN, PISCINA PEQUEÑA.

We have stayed here a few times before in the past and the place is very well run, clean and tidy. On arrival this time we were allocated a room in the block starting with the number 6 we had room 603 if I recall. These rooms though are the worst in the complex, dark and dingy overlooking a chain link fenced area with balconies that would never see the sun so we asked to change, the hotel did this without fuss and we were moved to a room overlooking the street. Better vista but still basic with a couple of small dogs which bark often, these street facing rooms also have the delight of a yellow sodium street lamp outside giving you the pleasure of permanent daylight throughout the night, although there are blackout curtains to minimise the effect and they work quite well. Lesson to be learned here DO NOT book your hotel with ***********, we paid this site more for a basic room than what it would have cost for us to have a junior suite for the time we were there, absolutely no refund policy either for cancellation through this site so be advised always book direct with the hotel as you will get a much better deal. Breakfast here is simply amazing and you can get up at 10-30 and there will be no towels “reserving“ sun beds despite the hotel having an 80% occupancy of German guests, go figure! Would we stay again? Yes but we would book a junior suite direct with the hotel.

Beautiful garden, a lot of shadow, tennis ground, nice room, the pool, rich breakfast, small beach 3 min walk away, eveninig entertainments, very helpful personel, walking distance to Alcudia old town

I have been coming at the Prinsotel Mal Pas for the last 10ys for lunch and coffee. I still do not understand why the management allows clients to have lunch without wearing a shirt, it is disgusting to see those, often oversized and tattooed, people not wearing a top when sitting at the terrasse for lunch. For that very reason, this hotel will never, ever be able to reach a higher level. It should be made clear that clients have to wear a top if they want to be served lunch or coffee. SUCH A SHAME for a « 4 stars » hotel ! What is the director/management doing ? Clearly not much about it for the last 10ys !!
