We had a great experience in this wonderful hotel. Everything is so beautifully styled. The lounge, the room. We had a solarium room which is double size and was amazing. Sun loungers on the balcony, great design, big comfy bed, plenty of space for luggage, ropes, towels, coffee maker, fridge, very complete. Pool area is nice, plenty of loungers in may. Breakfast was great, sitting on rooftop was a plus. Would definitely recommend this! Hotel is 1 block from the beach, we knew that and with the wind in May that was actually a plus because we sat more protected.

We are a well-traveled family of four, and we recently returned from our stay at this hotel. Overall, it was a very positive experience, although there are a few areas where improvements could be made to fully align with its four-star rating. The hotel's location is excellent, situated just one row back from the beach and only a short stroll from the beachfront promenade. Access in and out of the hotel is convenient, and we had no trouble finding parking for our rental car on nearby streets, though I imagine it might be a pain during the summer season. With its chic and urban ambiance, the hotel is generally well-appointed, although some aspects of the decor are starting to show signs of wear and tear. The elevators are particularly in need of an upgrade, as they fall below standard. The rooms and balconies are spacious, providing ample room to move around and store our belongings. We opted for a pool view room, as we found the street-facing rooms to be too noisy due to traffic day and night. The hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness, with rooms being serviced daily. We appreciated the hotel's provision for cyclists, including a secure bicycle storage room. Additionally, the gym facilities are well-equipped with cardio machines, basic weights, kettlebells, and an indoor cycling room. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, with live music and DJ sets on the nicely furnished patio. Our daughters, aged 8 and 13, had a great time at the kids' club, which included karaoke, games, arts and crafts, dancing, and evening movies. The selection of food is ok, yet not on par with other Melia hotels we have stayed at. More attention should be put on keeping the food warm. Never had issues with getting a table, tough we'd usually have breakfast around 8 - 8:30am. The staff, particularly Carmen and the front desk team, were among the best we have encountered, providing helpful and attentive service throughout our stay. Overall, we found the hotel to offer great value for money and would definitely return.

The hotel is such a wonderful change from the bog standard format of usual 4star hotels, our loft room sea view was amazing, mini bar refilled every day, bedding and towels, dressing gowns and slippers with pool towels, the pillows I wanted to take home, I had the best nights sleep.Our room was cleaned and mopped every day, staff was lovely. Reception staff super cheerful and helpful, great facilities. The head chef Louis was most helpful because I'm an awkward vegan and he arranged for the restaurant staff to have extra vegan items and dishes available to me. Unfortunately the Mallorcan sun wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the wonderful outside seating areas where there were live bands and a DJ and they finished at a respectable time. I really hope to return again, I am very fussy with hotels but this hotel was truly lovely. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

We recently had a wonderful family stay at the INNSIDE by Melia Alcudia Hotel. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, well-equipped with a sink, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The WiFi was excellent, and the smart TV and ample space for clothes made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from a sandy beach and close to public transport, providing direct links to Palma, the airport, and nearby towns. There were plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops, and activities right on our doorstep. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and the evening entertainment was of great quality. The garden was beautifully kept and maintained—a true highlight. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed as a family of 3 with a 7 yr old for 6 nights. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel that surpassed our expectations as a budget trip. The hotel itself was clean and well laid out. The food section for breakfast and dinner was fine though felt like a hospital canteen especially in the evening due to stark bright lighting. The room was finetoo, felt like an ikea designer let loose but spacious and had all mod cons. The staff were great, all friendly and helpful. Biggest positive was the kids club, with the crew there being great and supportive and our daughter loved it (which means we did!!!)…..the weekend evenings also had a cinema show and disco involving just dance which was great fun for her. Only negatives where a freezing cold pool which great in super hot sun but unfortunately an overcast few days made it almost unbearable and also the evening entertainment running late (by our standards) so might need ear plugs if your close by it! Overall, wouldn’t hesitate to come again and would recommend to any family
