Cleanest hotel I have stayed in a very long time!
Staff is awesome snowed in here while attending a conference. The staff went out of their way to insure everyone had adequate food and drinks as all the local restaurants and store had closed.
The pool was a little cold but refreshing. I

Staff at the front desk were rude & more worried about talking/flirting with men than helping visitors. Rooms were dirty & the hotel had inaccurate description of amenities online. They DID NOT offer shuttles to the airport even though it stated online. Heated AND TV did not work in our room. Would not recommend

The room was clean, efficient, and conveniently located to the airport. Sadly my niece needed gluten free and the eggs looked unappetizing so we had to go out for breakfast.

The hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was helpful when we needed a ride to the airport and when our tv had some difficulties working. Every day they put fresh towels which was nice. Overall good place to stay.

It took over 20 minutes to check in because they couldn’t find our reservation. There were spiders in the room. We had no Kleenex in the Kleenex container and no body wash in the shower. Unfortunately, I was already in the shower and wet when I learned this. There were no bars of soap for an option. The bed was so hard it felt like concrete and so Hugh off the floor I had to use a step stool. The pillows were either so soft they seemed to disintegrate or hard as a rock. It was a lot of money for a horrible night’s sleep
