De ligging is prachtig, aan het strand, altijd ligbedden met handdoek. 👍. De kamer was een 2 persoonskamer. We waren met zijn drieën, dus 1 moest slapen op een bank met behoorlijke doorzitplekken. Dat gaat opbreken na een week. Personeel was vriendelijk maar niet echt attent. Als je binnenkwam zaten de receptiedames op hun telefoon of beeldscherm, keken niet op om te groeten. Ontbijt was niet speciaal, wel was er genoeg. Lakens zijn in de week dat we er waren niet verschoond. En het vuil in de badkamer werd slim onder het wc gedweild. Sanitair werkte prima maar was wat verouderd. Restaurant was keurig, je wordt met veel opsmuk bediend maar de gerechten zijn goed maar wel duur. We waren in het hoogseizoen, dus er kwam best veel geluid vanuit de omgeving, vaak met een hoop gedreun. Ook het hotel had 2 feesten gezien maar het is geweldig te zien hoe de Italianen feesten. Het is een goed hotel, mooie ligging maar prijs/kwaliteit vond ik het te duur.

The restaurant offers really tasty meals, mostly fish and seafood. The quality of the meal and dining is worth 4+. The accomodation is overall, offers hotel cosmetics, minibar, everyday cleaning & changing towels, but nothing impressive, just basic...The pool and the beach are clean. The hotel is situated in the middle of "nowhere", there is nothing to do except of eating, sunbathing and swimming. I recommend to hire a car or arrange some trips. There are some small shops in the nearest, they offer basic things and they are overpriced. The taxi to Castellmare del Golfo was 20 euro one way.

The hotel staff were all super nice. Most can speak English which definitely comes in handy trying to organise tours. The breakfast and menu is good but needs a bit more variety like pizzas etc.
Very clean and safe. The only issue is you always need a transfer if you wanted to go to other places. If the hotel invest in a shuttle, it will be a game changer for them. Thank you, i had a lovely stay.

This is the best hotel. Large enough to have all of the amenities but small enough to feel catered to and at home. Josie at the front desk was wonderful! The rooms were clean. The beach was beautiful. The restaurant and breakfasts were so good! The staff was amazing! I totally recommend if you are planning a trip near Palermo or San Vito lo Capo. Both are easily accessible from this location. Be sure to book the hotel on the beach! I feel it has much more to offer than their sister hotel by the same name just 1 km away.

Perfect for a beach get away. The grounds were beautiful, the beach was fantastic- it was very clean, the water was clear. Their pool and pool area was awesome. plenty of seating and poolside drink service. The staff was wonderful- very helpful. We were even given a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. They offered spa services at their sister hotel/ resort that was just up the street. The restaurant food was good, but it was a little pricey. The only downside was without a car you really don't have an option to go anywhere--it's away from most everything- even other restaurants.

This hotel is amazing! Only 26 rooms so you feel right at home. The staff goes beyond themselves to satisfy every minimum desire… the view from sea view rooms is amazing. You feel like being on a boat. The pool is lovely and relaxing. If you want to stay in a beach place and relax and enjoy the sea it is the place to be. Conveniently situated to reach Castellammare or Spotello or segesta in 15 min by car.

Overall a good hotel but make sure you get a good room facing the sea and up1 level from the pool. The food is excellent and the pool is clean, Private beach is also clean with great loungers foc. Nothing much to do in immediate location so worth booking trips. Noemi at reception was particularly helpful. A couple of nights the beach bar played toneless music very loudly. on one occasion till 2 am

Hôtel neuf, parking aise, chambres très propres, bon restaurant, belle piscine (un peu froide en avril), bar agréable, personnel très agréable et aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner bon et varié type continental sans autre particularité.
