環境非常不錯，酒店旁邊就有是海，沙灘非常漂亮，非常適合帶孩子去遊玩，也適合夏天度假，除了交通不是很便利之外其餘都非常好

EL EVENTO AL QUE ASISTIMOS ( LA GRAN FONDO ALBERTO CONTADOR ) ESTABA SUPER BIEN ORGANIZADO DENTRO DEL HOTEL Y AL TENERLO TODO AL LADO NOS FUE MUY FACIL ACEDER A TODOS LOS ACTOS ORGANIZADOS. LAS INSTALACIONES DEL HOTEL ESTAN SUPERBIEN CON JARDINES, PISCINA, ACESO A LA PLAYA PRIVADA , ECT, ECT, . EL DESAYUNO GENIAL. ADEMAS FUE UN ACIERTO PODER DESAYUNAR A PARTIR DE LAS SEIS DE LA MAÑANA PORQUE LA CARRERA EMPEZABA A LAS OCHO.
LA VERDAD ES QUE TODO FUE MUY BIEN. MUY CONTENTOS CON TODO. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

De locatie was perfect vlakbij de golfbaan. Groot complex en eerste dagen erg druk vanwege families met kinderen. Niet hinderlijk. Door corona waren niet alle restaurants open. Kamer was zeker ruim met een balkon, maar de inrichting was nogal kaal.

The hotel itself is fine. The gym however is very neglected. For the price you pay, the changing rooms are dirty. In the men's changing room, the door is hanging off one of the showers. They very rarely re-fill the soap and when they do, it's horrible cheap stuff. The door on the other shower doesn't close and hasn't for 3 years. There is no soap by the sink anymore, just empty dispensers. You cannot clean your hands after using the bathroom!! Surely this is not legal? Also, one of the treadmills has been out of order for weeks and the aircon isn't put on in advance so it's often too warm. For the price of membership, this is very poor.

Nice and well located hotel near Oliva. Beach is right behind the hotel, which gives extra value to the hotel. Reseption works super including car rental - 10 points ! Only minus is the food (dinner) and the old style and old rooms in some part of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand is one of the best.

This hotel is not even close to 4* and lacked some of the most basic services. Very poor unstable wifi, none of the english channels were working throughout my stay and most of the staff outside of reception spoke very poor english. Room service was very poor and they charge you for having anything ordered to the room. I also found this hotel lacked vegetarian options throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. Hotel restaurant dinner was not included in our package deal so we never ate there. Breakfast was nice though. All in all an average experience.

The first suit we were given was dirty and empty of any furnishings felt cold and uninviting swim up pool was dirty , we were moved to another room that was better but none of the plug sockets worked in the bathroom which had the only mirror so no good if you want to use straightening irons, no full length mirror, beds were uncomfortable and the shower was a trickle if used at 8am , breakfast was ok . We left feeling very disappointed as it was very expensive for a two night stay we were expecting a lot more from this hotel and definitely won’t be returning or recommending hotel needs a complete revamp and some TLC .

This was my third visit to Oliva Nova. I fly in from Canada and stay there a few nights to recover from jet lag before proceeding with travels in Valencia region. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is top quality and keeps me going all day. White sand beach is perfect for long walks to clear away the cobwebs. Thank you Oliva Nova. I’ll be back!
