This hotel is just a couple of blocks away from the old city centre, walking streets and historical attractions of Alcala (eg. Cervantes' birthplace). The rooms are perfectly adequate, clean and well equipped, the staff were friendly and helpful, and there is free parking in front of the hotel. There is a coffee shop in the building with a nice terrace. Overall, highly recommended!

Para empezar el trato en este establecimiento es muy muy malo, excepto dos mujeres que nos muestran nuestro debido respeto, despues, la comida le pasa lo mismo, tambien es muy mala y era congelada y en la habitaciones son muy chicas, estan sucias y se escucha absolutamente todo, inclusive cuando hablan las personas de las otras habitaciones.

Buena experiencia en nuestro caso. Visitamos este hotel con un bono regalo que nos habían hecho, por lo que teníamos sólo alojamiento de una noche. Aceptaron la utilización de este bono en un día no habitual, ya que la disponibilidad del hotel lo permitía. En todo momento la atención del recepcionista fue bastante buena, tanto por teléfono, como una vez llegados allí. En el hotel el personal bastante amable y cordial. Está en buena ubicación, con muy fácil aparcamiento, y a apenas quince minutos paseando al centro histórico de Alcalá de Henares. La habitación limpia y confortable.

Somos una familia con 3 niños, hemos pasado una noche. Nos han atendido súper bien, desde la chica de recepción, nos explicó todo de maravilla, hasta la chica que hay en el bar y la de la limpieza. Un trato excepcional y se han desvivido con nuestro hijo con autismo, lo que doy las gracias por el trato recibido hacia él. Todo correcto, muy buena limpieza, desayuno bufet todo muy rico y variado. Volveremos a repetir en este hotel, hemos quedado encantados y el precio fenomenal. Muchísimas gracias por todo.

Ho utilizzato un cofanetto regalo, smart box 3 giorni d'incanto in europa per due persone. Per motivi personali ero da solo. Comunque il cofanetto mi dava: Due notti in camera doppia Standard Due colazioni Continentali Due cene composte da: antipasto, un secondo piatto e dessert (un calice di vino e acqua inclusì) Ho fatto solo colazione. Le cene.....ci ho provato una volta sola e non sono riuscito ad ordinare. Motivo.....Il ristorante è adiacente all'hotel ma NON dell'hotel e quando ho chiesto il menù mi è stato risposto che.......dovevano ancora prepararlo!!!! morale...cene a mie spese in un altrro ristorante. Il mio errore è stato aver scelto questo hotel che era distante da Madrid e che per arrivarci dovevo prendere un autobus e poi la metro. Comunque l'hotel non ha niente del 3 stelle ma direi un 2 stelle scarso. Personale molto gentile e mi hanno concesso una notte in più a prezzo ridotto.

Hotel sencillo, limpio, con personal amable, cerca del centro de Alcalá y con parking gratuito en la puerta del establecimiento, mejor imposible! Hemos ido con dos niños pequeños y todo correcto! Muy recomendable! Volveremos a repetir!

Quisiera dejar constancia de lo acontecido tras realizar una reserva de varios dias en este establecimiento. Debido a un fuerte temporal de nieve nos fue imposible realizar el viaje previsto y llegar hasta Alcala, por lo que procedimos a anular todo lo que teníamos reservado. Entendemos que una parte de la reserva en el Cisneros la perderíamos, pero TODO? Increible como se lavo las manos este hotel. Creo que cuesta muy poco llegar a un acuerdo por ambos lados y dejar buen sabor de boca para volver en una nueva ocasion. De esta forma han perdido clientes y creo que no estan los tiempos para ello. En fin....muchas gracias.
