We were required to provide a $200 cash deposit because we are New Mexico residents. So we had to drive to an ATM before we could complete our checkin. The deposit is to be returned upon checkout. Days Inn Albuquerque should notify ******* about this policy. We are very grumpy tonight.

We had a good stay overall. The staff were amazing and the room had no problems whatsoever. I would come back again.

It was in a great location far from main hwy and it was in a quiet area. Very nice accommodations and the staff was also great.. Clean, safe area and the menu for breakfast was perfect..

The service was great, hotel clean, bed comfortable. The downside was maintenance issues. The elevator wasn't working (I was on the 3rd floor), several bathroom fixtures (fan event cover, soap dispenser) were screwed into drywall and coming undone. Doors needed paint, stairs missing small pieces of trim. A good maintenance team could make significant upgrades.

Check in process was very simple! Staff was so amazing and sweet, I didn’t catch her name. But had cute Christmas boot earrings!! She was the sweetest!
Only a few complaints- pet Friendly- if we knew it was pet friendly probably wouldn’t have stayed since my son can’t walk and primarily crawls on the floor. During the night, two large dogs kept barking and scared my son a few times. Also a room down the hall, the door kept buzzing and buzzing! In the room everything was nice and clean. The tub however was chipping paint and my son kept trying to play with the chipped spots.

Very nice clean hotel near the airport. I love that it’s not carpeted in the rooms. Very nice friendly staff.
