Het verblijf was prima maar…tijdens het inchecken liep er een dame achter ons door, de mevrouw van de receptie roep haar en de dame vraagt of ze alstublieft gebruik mag maken van het toilet? De mevrouw van de receptie verwijst haar naar de openbare toilet op straat, je ziet de paniek in de dame haar ogen verschijnen en ze zegt; maar die zijn echt heel smerig. Waarop de mevrouw van de receptie antwoord: niet mijn probleem. Ik ben van mening dat je zo niet met elkaar omgaat en hoop dat de dame ergens anders een schone toilet heeft gevonden en dat de mevrouw aan de receptie nooit om hulp hoeft te vragen, het niet krijgt en diegene zegt:niet mijn probleem. Behandel de ander zoals jezelf behandeld wilt worden.

Close to Alberobello and tunni's. Not the nicest room we've had on the trip. Breakfast very good. Friendly staff, good beds.

Great stay. The hotel was in the perfect place to visit alberobello, Locorotondo and martina franca as the train/bus station was 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was brilliant with fresh fruit, pastries and eggs on offer. We loved the pool and the attentive lifeguard. Special thanks to Doriana on reception who was especially helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Quite disappointed by our stay here, as I booked based on reviews.
Our first night (1am) we were awoken by a waterfall streaming from our ceiling which got some of our belongings wet. The gentleman at the reception gratefully moved us to a new room, however did not follow up with anything else. The new rooms shower head attachment was broken which made for a very awkward shower. There was also a bit of mould and soap scum around the bathroom and on the shower hoses which showed that they weren’t overly attentive to their cleaning. The beds are two singles pushed together and were quite hard.
Otherwise the breakfast buffet was reasonable and the location was within a good walking distance to the main attractions of the Alberobello.

Lovely hotel with a large pool. Well located just a short walk from the train/bus station and the trulli area. Breakfast was varied and it very pleasant to eat al fresco. The staff were friendly and professional and could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend if visiting Alberobello. I would certainly return if in the area.

The bathroom of our room was not clean. We found hair and body hair all over the floor, toilet seat and shower. They change us room. The next room the A/C didn’t work properly and it was very hot.
But, The service was really good.
Would still not recommend

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were so helpful and caring. Breakfast was very good with fruit and pastries in abundance. Spotless clean room, beds comfortable and bedding clean and crisp. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travelers for value and comfortable base in beautiful Alberobello..thank you
