After great recommendations I decided to book the hotel for holiday with my baby just before COVID 19 pandemic started. After several discussions with the hotel to return back the fee to me, they convinced me that the hotel will be able to host us following all anti-COVID measurements. Unfortunately that was not the case! In the restaurant the hygiene was not to the desired level. I had to ask every time to get the toddler’s chair in the restaurant. The food was so-so. There were couple of issues that we address to the restaurant manager, but they were not consider. The room was not cleaned properly. There was sand on the floor from previous guests. The actual cleaning was changing the towels and emptying the bin. Chairs on the balcony were broken. It took 2 days to replace them. View from the room was amazing! But that was the only positive thing. Mold in the bathroom!

I will strongly recommend the hotel. The staff was very kind, they organized my birthday and made a big surprise for me. Hotel managers helped us with all requirements and questions - entertaments, touristic places, etc. Food is gourmet - fresh, tasty and healthy. Apple juice and jam from their own gardens, fresh sea food, fresh fruits and vegetables. Different meals every day! We had wonderful view from the room and sunrise was my "alarm" every morning. If you want to feel special, stay in this hotel.

We are very satisfied! We had a wonderful vacation! In September we will visit the hotel again. The service is very good. The food is excellent. There are two pools and lots of fun. The rooms are cleaned, towels are changed every day. The elevators are fast.

En gros punaise de lit , les dame de ménage ne me faisait même plus mon lit à force que je mette tout au sol pour qu’elle me change tout . Donc je me servais Dans leur chariot bleu et je faisais mon lit Animation boff, musique trop bruyante Demander une chambre côté roserais la 411 (Calme) m’a bien piquer et la 435 aussi (côte animation) au bout de jour nous avons demandé à changer trop bruyante Restauration correcte, service au bar bien , juste nettoyer les tables serais bien Manque d’hygiène tant dans les chambres et bar extérieur Réclamation lookea faite Semaine du 30 sept au 7 sept 2023

Hôtel vétuste chambres infectées de punaises de lit impossible de changer de chambre car la plupart sont contaminés ménage non fait , sol lavé 1 fois en 15jours restaurant peu varié poulet et porc personnel pas très aimable sauf au bar animation moyenne : spectacle identique toutes les semaines quand on vient 15 jours on vois 2 fois les mêmes seul point positif la plage c’est la dernière fois en bulgarie

Très bon hôtel, animateurs vraiment formidable à l écoute des vacanciers y a une personne formidable qui s occupe de la relation clientèle pour les excursions bien mais un peu chère pour la nourriture pas beaucoup le choix poulet ,poisson, porc

Punaises de lit dans 6 chambres, lavabos et douches bouchées, cafards, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas, de l’air chaud 🥵 Menage 00000 Animateurs pas trop mal Merci à ***lor d’avoir mis l’ambiance le dernier soir

Le buffet ne varie pas beaucoup de jour en jour, le personnel pas sympa, pas poli, on a toujours l’impression de les déranger, Attention aux excursions, la croisière en mer noire est une grosse arnaque, à éviter absolument, Tres belle plage, propre, sable fin

Hôtel très bien situé en bord de plage,vue sur la mer noire .Jardin très bien entretenu.chambres très propres malgré un peu de vieillissement.Piscine avec eau minérale tres agréable. En all inclusive pendant une semaine ,large choix de plats variés d excellentes qualité.Restaurant très propre. Personnel très agréable.une mention spéciale pour nathalie (relation publique) qui est de très bon conseil merci pour sa disponibilité et pour son partage des traditions bulgares .excellent séjour.
