Spencer Suites Albany

Stayed here for two nights. Beautiful location, easy access to everything. Units very dramatically in size and facilities. I stayed in unit two which consists of two rooms and a bathroom with a kitchenette seating friends stayed in unit, one which consists of three large rooms a full kitchen with seating for for a lounge in an oversize bedroom And a washer and dryer. Getting very comfortable, bath, towels, oversized and fluffy.

Perfect quick stay in a great location.We had 2 nights. Love the easy check in system. It had everything required , including good heating appreciated for this time of the year. The "Earl of Spencer" next door has good food It is quirky, fun and has a friendly a**osphere. Our suite was quiet, clean, had good parking & overall was great value.We live in Nornalup so its a perfect quick getaway for us, we will be back. Thankyou Turnbulls

Communication by John was excellent and we found No 4 with no trouble. Unfortunately beyond Johns control was the inclement weather . We did manage to get out and about and saw the wind farm and had a walk. Beautiful area and views. We are older people and had no difficulty with the shower over the spa bath. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness of this suite. In fact I would have to say it is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Not a hair or particle of dust anywhere. Well done to hosts. Everything necessary is provided and unfortunately we missed out on the pub around the corner as it was closed Sunday and Monday. Surprisingly for us was the closure of supermarkets on a Sunday as coming from Queensland we didn’t expect this. Not complaining just surprised.

AS SOOM AS WE OPENED THE DOOR TO SUITE 3 WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED, FROM THE VERY WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN TO THE LOVELY CHIC BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. EVERYTHING WAS THOUHT OF AND WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. GREAT LOCATION AND DINNER AT THE EARL ON SPENCER was just around the corner.Just a suggestion with a wider blind in the kitchen to stop early morning sun in the bedroom.

We stayed in Suite 2 and were blown away with the lovely room. Great owner who met us as my phone died on the drive down and I missed the message for the lovely and easy check in system. Can't fault the room. It has a lovely old-fashioned feel to it, which being English we miss often. Great Historic pub just a stumble away which also happens to be English themed. Check out? well there isn't one. Just pack your bags and go, couldn't be easier. We will definitely be back.

The apar**ents are well located and their heritage character has been retained in the furnishings and the renovations. We were pleased to be able to occupy the apar**ents earlier than the check-in time as we caught the morning plane from Perth. Why we couldn't give the apar**ent a higher rating was that heating is insufficient for the apar**ent. We were cold the whole time that we were there. We're glad we weren't staying during winter. The one reverse cycle air conditioner is insufficient to warm the the whole apar**ent. There needs to be an additional heater in the kitchen/dining and a ceiling fan in the bedroom/living area to prevent the warm air rising to the high ceiling. What this apar**ent lacked in the kitchen, that we found in many other apar**ents was alfoil, glad wrap & a paper towel, although there was olive oil, pepper & salt. Following up on a notice on the bench to contact the owners if there was anything not quite right- I advised that the kitchen light only had one out of 3 globes operational. The response was "we'll get the cleaners to check it out, which did not occur during our 3 night stay.

We had 3 nights in Unit 4 & could not have asked for anything more. It had everything required for a very pleasant stay. The "Earl of Spencer" next door had good food in a quirky building & the " Tandouri Indian on the next block was also good. Quiet, good parking & overall good value.

We stayed in Suite 4, a fully self-contained large suite with its own separate entrance. It was perfect for our few days exploring the awesome Albany area. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. The host, John, could not have been more helpful.

Lovely little suite - we stayed in no. 3 - fantastic layout with all you need - comfy bed - 2 tvs which worked really well compared to where we have stayed elsewhere- walking distance to everything in main town - absolutely loved our stay & wished it was longer
