Kleopatra Life Hotel

Another year and another time at the Kleopatra Life Hotel in Alanya. I diddn't think it could get any better and yet... It was a great pleasure to return to this hotel for the third time with family and frends. Everything as usual, deserves top marks! The location close to the beach, the great food and the cleanliness. But that's not all... People are the most important. Wonderful staff. A hotel run by a family that loves and respects each other...They also show respect to all their employees, which creates a family a**osphere throughout the hotel. The ladies taking care of the cleanliness of the rooms are very friendly and helpful. They have a kind word for everyone... Reception staff always ready to solve any problem with a smile... Top chefs serving delicious food at the reguest of guests... Friendly waiters who teach Turkish in their spare time... (Thank you Can). Making guest'stay more pleasont with their favourite Turkish music (Thank you Aziz and Ali). Behind the bar an exceptional man serving alternating wine, delicious Turkish tea and bread …(Thank You Aydin for everything). I would recommend it to anyone who appreciates family values, special people, tranguillity and a friendly a**osphere. I will return there for sure…Inshallah!

We know Kleopatra life hotel almost 4 years since first trip we trying to visit them min once twice a year hotel is superb super close to the beach town center etc and same time best for relax in peace and best a**osphere , all crew and owners r werry helpull and going ther is for us allways like visit best friends

Wonderful vacation. Beautiful hotel, well located. The beach was across the road. I reached the city center on walk in 30 minutes. Room at a good level, including air conditioning. The hotel also has its own swimming pool. Personal is very nice and good, always smile. All inclusive - in the form of a buffet, you can choose what you want. The food was also good in the restaurant, I liked the pancakes and kebab the most. I enjoyed my vacation. I definitely recommend it to others for relaxing by the sea.

Blankets was dirty. The hotel was taken over by cats.no swimming pool as described. There was nothing good about the hotel the hotel needs refurbishment. Don't go.it leaks when it's rain. Tile are lifting. Towels only change every two days. There is this man that operates in the hotel as your hotel rep. But in fact he's a scamer. He took our money and send us miles away from the hotel. And told us we going to be seeing dolphin 🐬 and other things which was a lie.more than one of us we're not happy with that.

Beautiful hotel with perfect staff. Good food with lots of choice. Modern and clean rooms. Near to the beach with the possibility of many entertainment programs. Near to restaurants and shops. I recommend and thank you for the perfect service :-)

Amazing place, the sea is right Next to the hotel. The food every day iš varied and very tasty. Especially the breakfast omelette. Very friendly and nice staff. Especially in the Restaurant. The rooms are very clean.

I don’t know where to start, this hotel really ruined our holiday. DO NOT STAY HERE- only advice I can give. After being shown our room we were thoroughly disappointed, it is FALSE ADVERTISING to say the least. The room was tiny, we booked a DOUBLE room with a DOUBLE bed which when booking, the pictures showed a double bed. We were greeted with two single beds which I must add- extremely uncomfortable! The air con didn’t work nor did the TV! We went and spoke to reception, we explained we weren’t happy to the receptionist, who actually was extremely rude, and done nothing. We then spoke to our holiday rep who told us he will get our room changed… well he tried his best but they would not change us unless we paid more! but they at least fixed the air con, however still very unhappy with the room as we paid a lot of money. The food… is shocking, not much of a selection at all! We ended up eating and drinking out all the time, as the only all inclusive alcoholic drink we could really drink was beer! So after spending all that money to go all inclusive, we ended up spending a bomb eating and drinking elsewhere just so we could get a decent bit of grub! All the other reviews comment on how poor the food is so why they haven’t done anything about it I don’t know! Everything is dirty! I mean everything, so if you wanted a cup of water or juice from the machine the cups were filthy and put you off drinking from them. The table clothes on nearly every table at every meal time were filthy. The whole week stay we only had the cleaners come in once, when our lights were left on for them to come they were coming late in the evening which is when we come back to get ready, so they said they would come back tomorrow, even though they had all day to clean the room! The towels/blankets were stained and dirty, put you off using them. The smell in our room smelt of sewage daily- was gross! We had to pay for Wi-Fi, this was not explained anywhere the only free Wi-Fi they have is in the lobby area- bit of a joke when you pay all that money they can’t even provide decent internet! Please take my advice, spend the extra hundred or couple of hundred to stay elsewhere and get a good experience, because you won’t get that at this hotel it really ruined our holiday, they say the staff helped well we spoke to at least two members and they didn’t help at all! You will end up spending so much more by eating and drinking out all the time like we did, and on Wi-Fi, when there will be other hotels in the area which might cost a bit more originally but you will have a much better experience and it will work out cheaper in the long run, we will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be leaving this review everywhere possible!

Wonderful holidays in a wonderful hotel ❤️ The hotel is close to the beach, beautiful views.The hotel staff is amazing, smiling, hardworking. The food was excellent, I couldn't choose what to eat, because I was always tempted by everything. Thank you for a wonderful holiday ❤️
