Meer dan 4 sterren waard , heb al vele hotels gedaan maar Is zeker een aanrader want het personeel is super en het eten zeer gevarieerd en verzorgd , alles is er kraaknet en ligt wel wat van het strand af maar maak gebruik van de gratis shuttle en ook de service van het personeel op het strand is uitstekend !!!!

Alles was perfect geregeld. Personeel was heel aardig en hulpzaam. Het eten was heerlijk en de drankjes ook. Alles was zeer schoon. Vooral de manager Rüstem was zeer vriendelijk en heel hulpzaam en ook het personeel bij de receptie. Ik raad het iedereen aan.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was clean and new, the Air Conditioning worked very well, the WIFI was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The food was amazing. A very large spread with many different things to choose from each day. I would have loved to stay twice as long if we could. We truly had no bad part of our stay here. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff. I had my birthday whilst here and they arranged a cake, bubbles, balloons and a gift. The team all sang happy birthday and made my day special. The owner was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, in fact from the moment we arrived, everyone made our holiday special. There is a shuttle bus to the beach and the beds and parasols are free. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from. Lots of guests we met continue to visit each year. We will be returning too! ❤️

Very good hotel based in the city center, they offer shuttle service to the cleopatra beach, the food was tasty and the variety of food was great. The rooms are nicely decorated and the hotel service is nice and helpful. We also tried the spa services and I can highly recommend to anyone who is looking for some good massage and chill.

Had a great stay. Only booked 2 nights to try it out. Extremely clean hotel. Nice staff that always offered a smile. Great fun in the bar and nice selection of all inclusive drinks. The food was also very nice!

We have been at Ramira Joy several of times, and every time we are so amazed and pleased by this hotel. The hotel is very tidy and clean, the rooms are modern and elegant, the staff is friendly and warm, the all inclusive concept is excellent (we have never had so variated and delicious food in an all inclusive hotel). The pool area is big and it’s not a daily struggle to get a sun bed, the location of the hotel is great with a short distance to the beach and city center. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean hotel and quiet. During December not many guests. Breakfast was good and you eat inside and outside. Staff at reception were kind. Zyneb changed my room to higher level with nice balcony with sea view and you can get sun as well. Price was affordable. All in all I recommend.
