Schoon en vriendelijk personeel Het ontbijt een beetje eentonig maar werkt Het enige is dat de kussens iets te hard zijn

Ik heb eerder verbleven, maar deze keer was het middelmatig. Personeel is niet vriendelijk. Ik zal volgend jaar naar een andere plaats kijken i.

This hotel is the worst I have been in on arrival you have to pay to hire a fridge you are not allowed a kettle .I was shouted at by restaurant manager for bringing water to table. For dinner at night no coffee or juice you have to buy it. 2 choices for dinner ants running over the bread .stopped eating in restaurant after 3 days although I paid for 10 nights .on departure pick up at night so no room to keep on .I asked if I could have a shower somewhere was sent down to a filthy shower cubicle with cold water never again . stay away from this place staff very rude telling me to speak English. This is from a clearly speaking Scottish woman .who has travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of lovely basic hotels but this was bad

This hotel had all I wanted for my holiday, even more. The hotel is rather old and could use some refurbishment but it was spotlessly clean. I always admired how the tiles on the balcony were clean. It has large balconies and all have at least a partial view of the sea. The food was really good. The choice for breakfast was every morning the same but it had something for every taste, while dinner every night had variations of the main meal and soup and zillion kinds of salads. The choice of sweets and fruit was a little poor every night the same. Having in mind it is a 3-star hotel with the half board it was really good. And I must say I could not understand from previous reviews it has a restaurant on the top floor with a wonderful view of the sea. The staff was friendly and looking forward to helping. Honest good people. This was my second time in Alanya and in the previous hotel (4-star) I really didn't have such a positive experience. It is situated close to everything and the beach in this part has an easy entrance which was important since the sea wasn't too calm :) In Alanya, all hotels are for my taste too close to each other but it didn't bother my sleep. In my opinion, the best time to travel there is the end of September, you can easily sleep with no AC. I will be surely coming back to this hotel.

i arrived at hotel miray 3 star alanya turkey on 13 june 2022 for three weeks half board temperatures in alanya 80 degrees first impressions of hotel were ok rooms were nice and clean but a lot of banging room doors second day no hot water for shaving or showers at the time i did not connect lack of hot water to the kitchen andits staff most of the meals so far were salad the hot food was cooked on what was the equivellant of a camping gas stove on the third day i went down with a serious case of food poisoning and constipation i was unable to walk because of the severe stomach pain they brought food to my room which was more salad which i wasnot able to swallow i stayed in this hotel room for the following 18 days outside the hotel entrance is a fast 4 lane motorway no traffic lights hotel guests have to cross this motor way to get to the beach and shops travel republic conveniently failed to mention this on their info on the hotel miray beach is quarter mile away from hotel i am 82 years old man and when i see salad on menu i will think of food poisoning perhaps turkey

Отличное расположение отеля: до пляжа № 10 2 минуты пешком, рядом много магазинов и кафе, пункт обмена валют. Оплатить лежаки и зонтик можно на ресешене или на пляже. Завтраки однообразные, ужины тоже, меняется только горячее блюдо. Но все очень вкусно! В номере убирают каждый день, постельное белье и полотенца меняют через день. Был номер с видом на море. До 23.00 слышен шум с улицы и кафе. Сотрудники отеля говорят по-английски и чуть-чуть по-русски. Что очень приятно! Минусы: на полотенцах и матрасе есть грязные пятна.

Отель очень простой и требующий ремонта. В день заселения полдня не было горячей воды. Интернет очень плохой и есть только в лобби. Расположение отличное, завтраки и ужины не разнообразные, но вкусные. Много овощей, что меня абсолютно устраивало, но если хочется мясо/птицу/рыбу, то вам не понравится.
