Nice hotel with great amenities for kids - food good - restaurants nice but need to book to ensure you get a table - would definitely go again

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

四項內容為什麼給三項二分呢？因為我要凸顯服務很差，1分。本次入住遭遇了迄今為止所遇到的最差也是最*訂餐服務接線員Ms. Burong，為什麼我會知道她的名字，因為她不在乎我去跟誰投訴，親口告訴我並怕我聽不清還拼了出來，牛嗎？
我在該酒店入住兩天，帶了很多朋友，從到達那天起，到第二天中午，預訂了三次點餐餐廳，均是座滿，奇怪之餘我詢問了訂餐政策，結果幾個接線員回答不一致，聰明如我自然識破陷阱找經理理論，經理為了安撫我安排了當日的午餐和晚餐都在酒店最好的點餐餐廳，不是我得便宜賣乖，因為我發現餐廳根本沒什麼人，一半以上的桌子自始至終沒有人來，不是因為疫情防控，桌子已經在安全距離。何解？酒店故意推搡客人去那個巨大公共餐廳，自助餐實在不敢恭維；另外酒店對於“大聲喧嘩、素質低下”的國人，帶有先天歧視，大餐廳經理曾問我你昨晚海鮮餐廳吃完沒有來我們餐廳再次用餐嗎？我説沒有，他的臉上一萬個不信和驚訝，***想揍他！

酒店年頭有點久了，很多東西有點舊，最糟的就是枕頭，太差了，睡了兩天，脖子都落枕了，床上用品也不值2千一晚的價格，就是幾百的標準，洗手間沒有擋水的，沖個涼整個洗手間地板都是水，安全隱患太大了，很容易滑倒，整個酒店的3個泳池還可以吧，白天都是人，這個酒店絕對是疫情人最多的酒店，好多旅遊團，吃飯是包括在房費的，自助餐，餐廳人多的不行了，市場趕集一樣。在也不會來住了。真的是差，對不起這個價格。
