Всем привет☺️ В начале сентября побывали в отпуске с подругой и детьми 5 лет, в этом замечательном отеле👌🏻 Начну с того, что выбирали бюджетный отдых, но побольше дней, тут агент увидела, что Анекс дал хорошую скидку на Бодрум, и сказала мне, я знаю куда вы полетите 🤣☝🏻 Из Казани на 11 ночей и дней с ребёнком получилось 53тыс( все вместе 😍) Отель не новый конечно, есть места где нужен уже косметический ремонт, но не критично😀 Очень вкусная была еда, кушать можно было почти весь день🤣 ( завтрак, поздний завтрак, обед, перекус(нагетцы, макароны, огурцы, помидоры, и вкуснейшие лепешки с сыром и картофелем из печи😋), с 17-18:00 время мороженного, кофе тайм с печеньками, ужин, и поздний «супчик»( что это не знаю, так как до 23:00 с детьми не доживали🤣) Все 11 дней, было что нибудь на мангале(котлеты, шашлыки куриные, рыба, курица для шаурмы😋), это кроме основных мясных блюд( индейка печёная в виде подливки, курица, нагетцы) Территория отеля чистенькая, мальчики персонал постоянно что то делают, протирают, моют👌🏻 Бассейн чистый, чистили его каждый день✅( хлоркой не пахнет) Мореее (Эгейское ☝🏻), оно великолепное😍😍, температура воды в сентябре 26гр , песочек, чистенько, лежаков хватало, не надо было занимать с 6:00 утра🤣🙈( как бывает иногда, но мне ещё такого не попадало) Из развлечений можно сказать ничего, ( но это мы сразу знали), вечером в 21:30 с детьми проводились танцы и песни на сцене до 22:00 На ресепшене админ Динара( русская☝🏻), очень приятная 💐, всегда готова помочь с вопросом👌🏻 Парень турок приятный и молодой парень тоже кстати русскоговорящий☺️ Минус ставлю за уборку номера, которой можно сказать не было вообще🙈 ( может надо было сильно настоять чтобы пришли, но сами так они до нас и не дошли🤣🙈) В коридоре стояло ведро и швабра, мы не растерялись и полы сами протирали😏 Но все равно, отель советую😍👌🏻 Виды и закаты там изумительные😍😍

Не советую. Зря потраченное время и деньги. Единственное что спасает это красивый вид и море. Но это можно найти и в другом отеле, с более лучшим обслуживанием. Сто раз подумайте прежде чем выбрать этот отель

Не покупайте в анекс тура ничего, настроение испортили и отпуск тоже , продали анекс завезли в Сараєво под названием Шарм Бич , и никто не может ничего решить , но анекс и дальше продаёт Вокси, и туда не заселяют , сказали нет мест !!! Смотрите другие тур операторов а анекса я ещё затягпю по защите прав потребителей

Everything is just wrong in this place . From room cleanliness to public areas , public toilets next to bar , restaurants and pool . Sun loungers and restaurant chairs on the balcony covered in bird poo . Don’t expect your room being cleaned on regular basis unless you leave some money and even so they don’t clean your bathroom. Rooms hallway covered in cats poo. Tables cloths in restaurant all dirty in food stain’s, cutlery dirty and unpolished. Food limited , everyday basically the same and tasteless. Entrance to spa and pool toilets flooding in water and the smell is unbearable. Gym basically doesn’t exist full of dirt and broken equipment. Restaurant and bar manager Mustafa rude, unpleasant with horrible attitude doesn’t even answer for greetings or simple good morning . Half an hour after food service starts he is seating wit entertainment team eating while other guests are looking for table to seat down . No food labels you don’t know what you are eating is like a lucky deep not to mention about any food allergies alert’s. Stay away from this please and don’t believe in those 5* reatings. From Monday to Sunday constantly building work noise going on . Unbelievable.

Reception Staff and Reception: Right from the start of our stay, the staff were unfriendly most of the time and we couln't even distinguish them from the guests as they had no uniforms or name badges. At first, we thought the bellboy was a stranger trying to steal our bags as he had no uniform and was wearing jeans and a stained t-shirt. The reception looked very antiquated and dirty, which set the scene for our stay. The receptionists are rude and discourteous and don't want to deal with any queries or complaints guests may have. When you ask something of them, they dismiss it and don't deal with it. They didn't provide us with towels during the dead of summer when it was very hot and people were swimming and showering daily. There were four of us in our room and they only gave us towels after asking for them 3 or 4 times. The receptionist said that we were asking too many times, but having towels is a basic necessity, especially in the weather we stayed in. Bar Staff: The bartenders were unpleasant and tried to discourage you from having alcohol. The bars themselves had very limited options given it was all inclusive and they were all clearly in need of a makeover; you could see loose wood falling apart, exposed barraels, and they were generally very unhygienic and dirty. They also serve drinks in tiny paper cups that hold barely any drink, unless you specify to them that you want a bigger cup. They advertise having 5 bars, but in reality there are only 3 as the pool bar doubles up as the restaurant bar and the beach bar is barely even a bar as they only serve wine, beer, and Pepsi and the bar is delapidated. The bars often run out of basic drinks such as Pepsi and vodka with no alternatives. There are also no cocktails, as was advertised. Breakfast and Restaurant Staff: The restaurant is very grubby and dirty and has tablecloths that haven't been changed for sometimes more than a day and if you move the trolleys storing food, you will see food that has been left on the floor for days and hasn't been cleaned. They deliberately set up tables for 4 people with cutlery for only 2 people, and sometimes they don't even set it up at all and expect you to set the table yourself. During breakfast, staff members can be seen eating what little food there is in front of guests on the same tables as guests and at the same time as guests. Breakfast is extremely limited and the only food there is is watery scrambled eggs; sliced tomato with melted cheese on top (which is normally cold); chips that are only hot if you're there immediately as breakfast starts; a poor selection of plasticy cheeses and hams; stale bread from the dinner before; hard boiled eggs which have green inners (meaning they are massively overcooked) and a limited selection of cereal. They don't even serve yoghurt, fruit salads, or basic pastries such as Danishes and croissants. There is coffee offered at breakfast, but the coffee machines never work as they haven't been cleaned in month

Having spent 11 nights in this Hotel was the worst experience one could wish for. Trying to get through to reception from the start that we were more than unhappy with the whole situation. Filthy room we even bought our own bleach to try and clean as best we could. Fridge was dirty, broken, shower was disgusting, outside terrace chair broken. The bridge over swimming pool broken with screws hanging out. Slide was not available. Language was a barrier, no English hardly spoken oir complaints fell on deaf ears. After waiting for reply on letter sent waited 2 months for reply. Letter from Woxxie was in denial of what actually went on. I was told that on the beach had no knowledge of our complaint so the matter closed although our rep said Atik Travel operations knew about it as he had reported to them. Hopefully this hotel will not be sold to others as no one deserves to be treated the way we were. On the beach/love holidays should think very carefully about selling this hotel on their sites.

Worst place ever.by far.no idea where any stars or good reviews come from. Very limited choice of food and runs out very quickly. If you not there at the beginning of serving you go hungry or eat leftovers. Also not enough plates and cutlery. Ice cream for kids only served at 5pm.not enough for everyone. Every day running out of everything-food drinks ice cubes. Our room has not been cleaned once within a week. Broken sunlounges covered with filthy cushions. Water slides only open for few hours a day. Dirty beach.power cut every night for around 2 hrs.so no air con light or water. This place should not be offered by any travel agent. Stayed in 4 star hotel 10 min away from woxxie 3 years ago. It was absolutely outstanding.not giving name of hotel as don't want to advertise. Only saying ive seen other hotels in same area.don' waste your time and money going to woxxie

So discusting hotel very dirty rooms are so dirty bad customer service, I came with my sister with 4 children food very bad they say drink at pool but all lie drink you can’t drink it, I tell everyone never book this hotel you will regret all the time, my room was very dirty and smell every day people argue and fight at reception about room service food dirty can’t eat my hoilday was hell
